I have been using Provider name locked. for several months. Provider name locked. began this as a side venture but now is going full time. He has always done an exceptional job. He's polite, professional, cheerful, and very easy to work with. If he can't do something, he's honest enough to tell you up front. He also does some handyman work but as I haven't employed him for other than yard work, I can't yet attest to his skill.

We contracted for Provider name locked. to do tree work at our home and we’re so happy with all they did. Provider name locked. was prompt in setting up an appointment and giving an estimate. We received 3 other company’s estimates, two of which were in the same range, but felt the Provider name locked. was the right person for the job with good prices.Because of his professionalism and very pleasant
demeanor, I knew working with him would go well.
He was very responsive every time I called and he supplied the insurance information I requested. This man was so courteous and willing to work with me to stay within my budget. The climber demonstrated amazing skills in dropping the 60+ ft. trees. Provider name locked. and his workers did an excellent job in a 3 day time frame plus cleaned up every day before leaving. No slackers in the group. Originally, the contract consisted of cutting down 4 very large diseased elm trees that were on a super steep hill with very, very limited access. We added 2 trees to the job and Provider name locked. accommodated me by working the extra trees into the schedule.He met the challenges but also importantly, he was true to his word and did what he promised. No delays, no excuses, no need for me to follow-up on the scheduled work and I felt very comfortable knowing I didn’t have to worry which is a big thing for senior citizens. I wish all contractors were like Provider name locked. . I am sure there were others who could remove the trees but Earthworks gave that extra sense of respect for my needs.

11/9 - the date I scheduled 5 -6 weeks earlier came and went and nothing from Provider name locked. . I felt my neighbors irritation over my leaves blowing into their lawns. I mowed/mulched my front lawn just out of frustration thinking Provider name locked. was behind, but tried to be flexible. On 11/15, I called Provider name locked. - where were they? And I'd like my estimate lessened as I did over half the lawn myself. Provider name locked. called back a day later and was rude and short with me. "When did you even schedule anyway? I can't even find when we came out. Who did you speak to?”
No apologies to me – a new customer who needed services for fall and winter – at all! I hadn't broken my end of the deal!
Sorry Provider name locked. . Your business failed at the most basic thing: follow through and scheduling. And then you failed at customer service. Never blame the customer!!
