    Matt Bingham- RE/MAX Metro
From the very beginning, Matt told us “My goal is to not let you stress, that’s my job”. That is the motto Matt used throughout the entire process of selling our old home and buying our new one. When we had questions, Matt responded almost immediately no matter what time of day or night. Matt stayed in contact with everyone involved including the other realtor, lender, title company, and home builder so he always had answers. Matt truly cared and took pride in ensuring we were happy throughout the process and worked hard to ensure timeline matched up to our needs. Matt has earned the respect of not only our realtor, but Now our friend.

    Matt Bingham- RE/MAX Metro
Matt did an excellent job for us and if there was a 6 star rating or above I would give it. he helped in so many ways from finding us a contractor to finish our basement which we wanted to do before selling. to using his trailers or even finding a spot for parking our RV. Matt helped us with many questions as this was our first time sell. If your selling your home give Matt a call you will not be disappointed.

I can't say enough great things about David. His drive, dedication, passion and vast knowledge of the industry is second to none! After listing our home for sale we moved out of state before it had sold, we knew that we were in great, honest and trustworthy hands with David and he definitely met all of our expectations! We will definitely be recommending him to everyone we know! Thank you so much for your patience and hard work David!!

Tony Baroni Team -- Keller Williams Realty
We live out-of-state and only had two days to look at homes. Mike Malcom did an excellent job of both offering selections that met our criteria and also in setting up well organized circuit through the properties so that we could maximize our time. Found a home that we love in those two days!

Team Callahan at Keller Williams Realty
Working with Team Callahan and Gia in particular was a fantastic experience! Gia is an absolutely amazing person who is exceptionally good at her job! She helped my wife and I purchase a 2nd home in downtown Savannah this fall. She is an excellent communicator and a great listener. She is so good at understanding and reading people, and makes sure that you understand each other 100%. You simply can't have a misunderstanding, as she is so very good at communicating as well as understanding what you are saying. She knew exactly what we were looking for, what we would or wouldn't like and was completely on point. She was very respectful of our time and budget. She was very upfront and honest in everything, never trying to talk us into or out of anything if it wasn't the right fit. I appreciated very much her honest feedback and her helpfulness when looking at areas of town that we weren't familiar with. I truly feel that she worked very hard to keep my best interest in mind at all times. She went above and beyond in responding to our needs and wants. I can't recommend her or Don Callahan's group enough.

The Good LIfe Group - Keller WIlliams Realty
Kevin and the Good Life Group are amazing. We've known them for years, and we completely trust them with our home buying and home selling referrals. They always come through when we need anything at all.

Jennifer Gray & Associates Utah Real Estate
Maria Maier with Gray & Associates was dismissive and unprofessional during an initial inspection of a rental property. She forgot hand sanitizer, so I wasn't allowed to test bathroom functionality, but touching doorknobs seemed to be fine. She also seems to have an outdated, preconceived notion as to who would qualify on the property (and the property was on the low end of the price range too), and acted as if she was disgusted to be dealing with me in person. As both a homeowner and a potential tenant, I don't see how her attitude would benefit either party. Will be avoiding Gray & ***. in the future.

Nightmare. I bought the home from "Team Musselman" Agents Calvin Musselman & Dawnell Musselman working at Golden Spike Realty. I was a single senior an out of state buyer. I visited the home and asked the listing agent to walk me around the boundary of the property. Dawnell Musselman lied and led me to believe that the front yard, side yard, and detached garage the seller built and used came with the property. I asked her to walk me around the perimeter of the property (It went into the canyon and I wanted to see how far). She and the seller walked me around the yard and garage and I had no reason to suspect that the yard and garage did not belong to the seller but because Dawnell's family had subdivided it into two parcels and lost one she deceived me and did not tell me that. The 2nd parcel went to Davis County Property Management because Dawnell's grandmother did not pay her property taxes on it. Davis County-owned and told me after the sale when I learned about it 3 years later from a neighbor that my home was not legal with required setbacks and I could not sell it. They did not disclose either but I have proof from UDOT they knew a freeway was going in on the next door property and that UDOT would be moving my street within two weeks of this sale closing! Also that there was a large man-sized 6-foot by 6-foot Aquaduct on the property running close to the foundation of this home that could wipe it out if there was an earthquake or it deteriorated as well as other major issues the home inspector could not have known but these agents did know because it was a family property for over 50 years. I feel they were deceptive and lied to me to get a big $10,000 plus sales commission. I contacted their broker Bob Hill and he threatened to report me to the police for complaining and said he would "look into it" but would not follow up on it. Cal Musselman is a state legislator and former President of the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors and should have better ethics and business practices that this! Team Musselman sets a very bad example for the other real estate agents and Utah legislators. I complained to their broker Bob Hill but he threatened me and did not follow up on my complaint to him.
