Dr. Nye was very friendly and helpful while giving wellness checks to my two small children. I will come back. I just had to wait a while to see him, although he did apologize for the wait.

    Primary Childrens Medical
She was a recommendation by my previous doctor. She was good with everything and quick with exam. She was very tough in questions, explains things well, and understands family concerns. They have kids tables, book histories, and fish tanks.

My family has been using this clinic for over 10 years. Excellent care is provided. This recent experience was excellent. The doctor (and medical student intern) listened carefully, considered our issues, and provided useful information.

    Willow Creek Pediatrics
What makes them stand out is the excellent office personnel. They're very professional and not condescending at all. The doctors are really good, they're very well known in the valley. Even though they're in a time limit, they really try their best to make the best of it by listening very carefully to what the parents have to say and also when they ask the child questions, they're not constantly looking at me for validation. They're genuinely listening to my kids talk. But you have to wait thirty minutes or so in the line but I think that's pretty common.

We love the office; it is super clean and the receptionists are always friendly. The doctor is really good with kids and listens. I don't have any complaints about them; I think they are awesome and will use them again in the future.

    Borgenicht, Dr. Louis
Dr. Lou has been a wonderful pediatrician. He has a quite and relaxed manner. My son is shy and reserved yet he has always felt very comfortable with Dr. Lou. He is respectful of the parent s instincts but more importantly, he really talks to and listens to his young patients. He is professional and well-informed. He is careful with his use of antibiotics. For instance, I took my son in when he was about 7 with what I thought might be a sinus infection. Dr. Lou felt that my son would probably recover on his own and did not prescribe an antibiotic. He actually called me at home a couple of days later (on a Sunday) to find out if my son was feeling better. My son had recovered and I appreciate the fact that Dr. Lou does not automatically throw antibiotics at every little thing. He is easy to get an appointment with and his waiting room is not packed of dozens of sick patients as I have seen in other pediatrician s offices. Some people might see this as a sign of an unpopular doctor and might go elsewhere but my impression is that Dr. Lou is not in practice to make big bucks and so he does not over-book his appointments. He also volunteers with Doctors Without Borders. His assistant Jerri is unfailingly nice and accommodating. She is always happy to see us and I have never seen her even a little bit frazzled. Dr. Lou is not the sort of physician who is going to automatically load you up with a lot of information or suggestions and so he may not be the best choice for a parent who is very young, inexperienced, or who needs a lot of detailed guidance. However, if you are parent who is well educated and does not need a lot of hand-holding he might be a great fit for you.

He was recommended to me by a physician. He was close to my house. He was knowledgeable and good with the children. He was very personable and it was children's environment.
