    I sent an e-mail to management to complain. I did not expect to receive a response. Within 30 minutes the director of corporate operations, Joan Ramos, replied back. She apologized for the lack of customer service. Joan then offered us free admission and reservation for the table of of our chose. She gave us two free motel rooms in Evanston. I told her we were not (high rollers). She said that did not matter. I give them 5 stars for customer service. We went back to Wyoming Downs on the 13th of August. Joan made a point of coming to our table and making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We had a very enjoyable time and can't wait to go back.

    The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The first event was a holiday party, a buffet in my home for 45. Since Chef Tom Vanderbeek was only providing part of the food, and it was a relatively small affair, I did not expect such personal service. Chef Tom was very helpful with menu planning and to my surprise (I had been led to expect that only the server would come) personally showed up early to set up the food, because he "wanted to be sure everything was just right." This was a lifesaver, as (per usual) I was running a bit late, and could not have set my own items up in time before the first doorbell ring without him. The buffet presentation was beautiful and the food was wonderful and got RAVES from my guests. The server was efficient and very professional, having to handle not only the buffet but a mixed drink and wine bar service, along with greeting and directing arriving guests. She even stayed beyond the contractual time to finish the cleanup. The price was fixed in advance, so I knew exactly what the cost would be up front, and I felt it was very reasonable for the amount, quality and service I received. The second holiday party was smaller and I picked up the food at Chef Tom's and served it myself. He arranged to have someone open the store when it was scheduled to be closed, just so I could pick up the food at MY convenience. It was very well packaged so as to be easy to transport and store until served. The $887 I spent covered both of the parties.

    The Rush Fun Plex
    Staff was very rude, good we ordered was late and cold, place was unclean. kicked in of my employees out of the building. and decided to bash my Company online, as well as his employees, that have never used our services! unprofessional and not very polite! please save yourself and your family the stress of going here.

    Customer service? Are you kidding? I pulled up during a rainstorm on my motorcycle and was INSTANTLY met by a greasy employee who told me that if I wasn't there to bowl, I would have to leave. I agree but refuse to spend my money at a place who treats me like garbage BEFORE I even step in the door. I put my rain gear back on and spent the evening at the movie theater instead. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
