Writing this review as of 8/26/2020. I ordered a couple of items from this shop through eBay. I sent four messages to them, but they NEVER replied. The items never shipped, so I am requesting a refund through eBay. I left a negative review on eBay and the shop called me a liar. Totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!

They were a real good service. They did a great job. They were responsive and they got everything done when they said they would. They were good honest people who didn't overcharge and try to do add-ons. They did recommend other things that might want to be done in the future. They were a small job but they still did a good job.

I am going to start off. when you step into the shop it is a comfortable small environment. very welcoming. they are not a big company at all but definitely are able to assist and help. I initially heard about them from my sister purchasing a car from them and they provided here with good service. later on my parents bought a scooter from them, then I bought a scooter. they have been really good about assisting us whenever any of us had questions about vehicles we purchased. then I was suddenly in need of a car. it was apparent that I need one as soon as possible they did not take advantage and actually were able to help out and offer a deal. I would definitely consider using them in the future if a needed another vehicle or any services performed for my scooter.

These guys did a great job fixing my Suzuki ATV's. The only problem here is these guys don't call you back when they promise. I had to call them every time. The reason for this is the guy that fixes your machine also has to the calling. Small shop, if you know this going in it is OK. They do great work. This is one of those rare "honest mechanic" shops that eveyone seeks. Check it out

Donnie worked on our Hyosung MS3-250 Scooter in July when it stopped running. He got me right in that afternoon (He even picked up the scooter). They found almost immediately there was no spark. Determined it was the cdi box. Very expensive $480 for cdi unit. Replaced it and I was back on the road within the hour. I would recommend their shop to everyone.

Worst mechanic in 10 years. Should've been suspicious when the hourly rate was too cheap. Took my motorcycle in for tire change, brakes and electrical diagnosis. First day out, the front fender fell off except one bolt, shredding the new Pirelli tire. They responded that they do "not recall the bolts being missing". Then in the middle of the desert --with a full tank and good fuses-- the electrical suddenly cut. Dead. Roll started, would run for a minute then: suddenly dead again. Rinse and repeat. Hours of this to get back to Salt Lake. When contacted, was told they could do more repairs. Which sounded like a ploy to get more money out of me. They claimed that it must be my fault, and that they "did not touch the engine". I didn't bring it in for the engine. And that's not why I was roll-starting it over and over in the desert. I brought it in for electrical diagnostic because of some blown fuses, and to get new brakes and tires put on.

I called and left a voicemail message, explaining that I needed basic work done on a 2006 Triumph Bonneville T100.  No one ever bothered to return my call.  Don't waste your time with these guys.
