    Dr. Stan is "The Man"! It is indeed a great pleasure to find a dentist who can work a bit "outside of the box" of conventional dentistry, and come up with a creative solution to my dental problem. He is knowledgeable in bio-compatibility of dental materials, and is familiar with the Clifford Reactivity assessment. I was traveling and needed dental work done asap, and his office accommodated me quickly. His receptionist is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with the insurance process. His dental assistant was quite accommodating and extremely helpful in setting up lab work for me under rather extraordinary circumstances. There was not much office wait time, he allotted sufficient time to work with me, and we engaged in good health-related conversation during the process. He is associated with a good quality dental lab that is located nearby. They did a fine job repairing my partial denture. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Farnum and staff, especially for other than composite-resin restorations, for example, using dental cement and/or gold instead of plastics. I intend to follow-up with Dr. Farnum upon relocating to the Tucson area later this year. Many thanks for a job well done! W. Terry Frank, PhD

    This office scheduled an appointment for me in regards to services newly offered March 1 for seniors. It was mentioned at that time that they usually don't do this because they do not get paid enough by the state. Several weeks later they became part of the program officially and I was called an an appointment was made for several weeks later. Two days before my appointment I was called and told that there was a mixup at that the paperwork was not gone through for the program. I was then told that they told her that it would be 4 to 6 months before the paperwork would be done! She made an appointment for October. I was refused when asked for the agency number to call as she said they will just tell me what she told me. Ultimately I found out that payment was guaranteed for the dentist and no problem processing the paperwork in days. Obviously they never wanted to participate and left me waiting before giving me the "excuse", and even made an appointment 4 months down the line!

    It went very well. Neither of us had to wait in the waiting room very long and everything went smoothly. Upon leaving, we were able to make an appointment for some additional work to get done. The staff is always friendly. I also like the text reminders of the appointment that come 1 week before the appointment and again 1 day before.

    Dr. Harris has a very pleasant bedside manner, as does his staff. They are incredibly punctual, I barely get seated in the waiting area when they come out for me. His work is high quality, he even calls to check later in the day after a procedure. The office is comfortable and clean, and it also has a fun waiting area for our children. We brought our children from a pediatric practice and they have been well cared for at this practice. Dr. Harris and his staff are great at working with our kids in a gentle and friendly manner. I have had to contact billing to follow up on invoices sent to me before my insurance had followed through on their part, they are very easy to work with over the phone and things were easily resolved.

    Dr. Wells is my dentist at Hurricane Dental Group. He was friendly and they got me right in. It was a good experience. They got me in pretty quickly as a patient and when I got there I didn’t wait very long. The receptionist, the hygienist and the dentist were very friendly. It was a good place. They were good with their billing too. I would use him again in the future.
