  We replaced the roof on our home in December 2015. As part of the project we added aluminum fascia and had to reinstall the rain gutters that were removed during re-roofing. We met with a Warburton's salesman and made it clear we wanted quality work and had chosen them based in their Angie's List reviews. We got a reasonable quote from Warburton's for the fascia and rain gutters. So far so good. As requested, we gave them a deposit for 1/3 of the quote. They promptly cashed the check even though they were weeks from starting the work. After the roof was complete and we were ready to start on the fascia and rain gutters, The Warburton's representative refused to return our repeated phone calls to schedule the work. It turns out, he had quit to work for a competitor. Eventually, we made contact with Warburton's management and got the work scheduled. It was January 2016 so conditions were less than ideal. After they "finished" the work we found that the fascia was not properly secured in many places. In some places there was eight feet or more between screws. The fascia screws should be installed every two to three feet, at splices and on corners. At least one of the rain gutters was installed so the water ran to the back of the gutter instead of toward the downspout. They left sharp, scrap sheet metal fragments around the yard, in the flower beds and on the roof. They did not seal the seams in the corner boxes that take run off from the valleys. Nor did they seal the unused holes in the gutters. Loose screws were left in at least one gutter corner box. It took five months of phone calls and messages to finally reach a manager who was willing to correct the problems. We won't know whether they have really been fixed or not until the next rainstorm.

  Great experience working with Gerald and his team.  They got my roof done very quickly.  Almost anytime I had a question they got back to me with an answer very quickly.  The job they did was excellent, and the price was reasonable and actually lower than other places.  They had a gutter guy work with them so I was able to get the advantage of the two of them working tougher - especially because it required some coordination.  Gutters and shingles look fantastic. They went out of their way always asking if I was happy with everything.  Guys cleaned up well the job and garbage, and after the shingles were laid they took time to make the details stand out - sealing any cracks, and painting the vents up top so they matched and looked good with the roof.

  From the appraisal, to discussing price, to a prompt arrival, to the excellent care taken by the install team this was a smooth operation.  I am very grateful for the quality work done and now won't worry this winter when it snows and melts.  I always had a dangerous icey spot under one of the gutters that people had to navigate to get to our door.  There have been falls but luckily never injuries.  We have had a couple of rain storms  since instillation and it seems like there is no leakage in the problem area.  The technicians were knowledgeable, skillful, and friendly.  I would highly recommend them.
