    They did a best job, they try to resolve the problem but I am still frustrated about the installation. But I know the owner pretty well, so I will still recommend this guys because sometimes they were good at what they do. The owner always tries to do the job correctly and the guys working with him was good too. They try to do the best jobs, the best price and resolve the problem.

    John with All About Comfort came out checked out what needed to be done. By the end of the day he emailed me a quote that was way better than the other guys. The next day he came back out and got it all changed out by the evening. I would use this company for all my heating and air conditioning needs

    They were unprofessional about appointments, and continually woke my daughter up, who works nights, despite my repeated requests, not to. They would call me without warning and say, "We are out front of your house, and no-one answers." Their schedule meant everything, and ours meant nothing. When done, they had totally blown off putting in a furnace filter rack. This was one of the promises he made, to get me to sign with them. After the fact, they finally came back, and did a very poor job of cutting in a slot for a filter. I will need to get another HVAC company come to give me a second opinion on what to do with this jerry-rigged filter system.

    Black Diamond and Justin were amazing. Our furnace went out late in the night and it was freezing outside. Justin was there the next afternoon with a new furnace. He installed the furnace one day and the air conditioner the next day (ours was 25 years old and on its last legs). They made sure we were getting the right equipment and quality for our home. Black Diamond quickly helped us with financing and we were warm again in no time. Extremely professional. Great work. The furnace has been in for a couple of months and runs like a dream. Would hire again any time.

    I told the tech what the problem was, I needed a "Furnace 3" Limit Switch". He said he needed to diagnose the problem. He drilled several holes in the furnace, made a few pressure tests then came to the same conclusion that I did. He never taped up the holes. He did not put the furnace back together but asked I pay him $49 when I refused to pay $217 for a $20 part and 5 minutes of labor. He also tried to up-sell a furnace. If this is typical of Western, taking advantage of assumed customer ignorance then I hope they go out of business.

    We recently replaced our complete HVAC unit and did our homework on products and companies for install. We received 5 different estimates and went with Absolute Air. We were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of John Merkley in helping us determine which system would best service our needs. He was good to help us stay within our budget and educate us on the best system. The installers for Absolute Air, Caden and Merle, were very professional, respectful of our time and home, and very kind to work with. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the install and the equipment. We decided to go with the Lennox SLP98V modulating furnace with the XC20 modulating AC. Even though it has only been a few days since install, I am WOWed by the difference and function this new HVAC has provided. Thank you to Absolute Air and Lennox for a great experience. Look forward to working with you in the future!

    First time around came out because AC Unit not cooling.  Of course hottest part of summer to that point. Changed filters, checked both units and serviced for a very reasonable price.  Came back the next day --no charge, to make sure everything was still running smoothly. 
    A month or so later is was pretty obvious it was a more serious problem as the AC inside unit and furnace are about 25 years old. So the technician, Chase, came out on a Sunday, made sure what the problem was, explained it to me and came out the next day with the correct motor and installed.  
    In both cases above and beyond!  Going to use Black Diamond for all AC, Furnace and Plumbing needs in future, no question.

    Any Hour Electric Plumbing Heating & Air
    It was a complete sales job. I sensed this because he kept repeating the fact that he wasn't trying to pressure me in any way. The scare tactic used was also very apparent. There were lies and misinformation spewed. For instance, telling me that there could be "potential" carbon monoxide leakage was a lie for my specific furnace and install. He just made a general statement about heat exchangers. He just forgot to mention that my furnace didn't have this potential because of how it is negatively pressured, etc. I learned this from the person I eventually hired. Certain brands/make/model may have this problem, but not mine. I guess by only making general statements without caveats allow these folks to sleep at night.
    The salesman gave me 4 repair options, all of which ranged from $2700-3100. There would be a two week period until the work could be done though. Parts had to be ordered. (Yeah right) For replacement though, it would only take a day. (Go figure) 
    Long story short, I went with a neighbor's referral. He came out later that same evening. He was very knowledgeable and properly educated me on all the falsehoods and generalizations the AnyHour salesman feed me. And guess what, he brought the right $45 part. A flame sensor I believe. He actually had two parts, depending on the brand of my furnace. Aside from the time he took to explain to me what was really happening, the repair took only 5 minutes for him to perform. Oh, and the other funny part was that when he looked at my furnace, he said he didn't see any signs of the other technician doing any kind of probe or poking around. There were no scratches or finger prints left behind when there should have been. It was dusty enough in there that that any activity would've left a mark.
    The take away is to do your research and get multiple opinions. Look for obvious signs of a salesman.

    Very prompt response, work accomplished. Recommended some changes soon in water heater and other supply line as they are aging but elected not to do at this time. Felt the price was a bit steep. We used these folks before and appreciate their quality.
