  Cynthia is a compassionate, knowledgeable, effective, and patient coach. As a result of working with her, I have made several key, permanent changes in my diet and exercise, for which I am eternally grateful. I highly recommend working with Cynthia if you are serious about making your life healthier and happier!   I have just completed a year of Heartlife coaching with Cynthia Wand and it has changed my life in profound and unexpected ways.  I met Cynthia at one of her yoga workshops and immediately felt a connection to her.  When she mentioned during the workshop that she is a life coach it planted a little seed in the back of my mind.  I saw her again a few months later at her winter solstice yoga practice and I approached her about coaching. When we met to learn more about each other I knew that coaching with her was something that I needed to do.  I was losing an internal battle with anxiety and I wanted to change my life.  I had been to traditional therapy in the past but didn’t feel like it had helped me in any significant way and I wanted to try something different. After my introductory meeting with Cynthia I wasn’t sure how I was going to pay for it or where I was going to find the time or the location for our meetings but I knew that I had to find a way.  Cynthia was incredibly flexible in helping me manifest the goal of starting the coaching and upon making the commitment to work with her she was a pillar of support during the entire process.  Unlike traditional therapy, her approach of journalism, meeting, assigning homework, and holding me responsible to my word as well asbeing my accountability partner facilitated real and profound change in my life.  I have made and continue to make shifts in my response to the anxiety that was plaguing me but through the coaching I have also made positive shifts in the way that I approach my finances, my relationships, and my career.  Cynthia’s intuitive approach to the coaching sessions, compassion for her clients, and passion for her work helped me create life long change. I highly recommend her coaching services to anyone.

  It was an extremely enjoyable and meaningful experience.  Cynthia Wand lead this small group workshop on Living the HeartLife.We learned the principles and lessons from her book called Living the HeartLife.  We individually applied the lessons from each week of the workshop to our lives through the homework and the class work.  Cynthia facilitated sharing within the group, and she supported us in our growth.  She is a fabulous life coach!  Her wisdom and her love and joy in helping her clients live their best lives is such a gift to each of us!!!!  I highly recommend all of the services that she provides.

  She had me fill out some information in advance.  When we met in person she also gave me some printed material.  She asked me several questions to determine in what areas of my life I was wanting to improve.  I shared that I wanted to figure out how to accomplish more each day and complete some projects that were in progress.  She provided many good ideas and helped me figure out a timeline and daily/weekly schedule of how i could accomplish my goals.  We set up a reporting system so that I would stay in touch with her on a regular basis on my success or lack thereof.  As i would report to her she would in return send me encouraging words and thoughts and suggestions.   I have also enjoyed reading the book that she and her husband published called:  Living the HeartLife Book.

  As I mentioned, when I first visited with Cynthia, I had been considering looking for a life coach for a couple of months. The reason was that my job, which I had previously enjoyed and found rewarding, had become an unbearably dysfunctional work environment. This job was sucking my joy and life force and, as a result, my relationships and health were suffering. I knew I needed to make changes and establish more balance in my life, but I didn?t know what changes to make or how to make them.    Working with Cynthia over the past few months allowed me to step back and evaluate my strengths, weaknesses, goals and opportunities. Her coaching and support helped me find the courage and assertiveness not only to leave a job that no longer served me, but to experience improvement and growth in other areas of my life: family/relationships, health, and spirituality.   Her methods of coaching are restorative and positive. She has taught me new skills and a new, more positive perspective. She serves as an accountability partner to keep me on track with the goals I set for myself. I am excited about the positive changes I am creating in my life, and the new more supportive habits I am developing.  My own personal experience with Cynthia has truly been a worthwhile investment in myself.   I knew from the from our first conversation that Cynthia was exactly the person I was looking for. I was searching for clarity, self confidence and spiritual awareness. Over the course of the last 5 months Cynthia has taught me how to find exactly what I was looking for. Through meditation, journaling and most importantly living the "heart life!"   Universal Heart Ministry

  I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Reverend Christopher is a crook that only cares about getting your money. He is rude and doesn't have an ounce of compassion in his body. To call himself a representative of Christ is to call a pile of manure a sports car. This guy ripped me off to the tune of $300 and didn't have the least bit of remorse about it. I would highly recommend not using him for any services and if you see him in the streets, just go the other way.
