They were excellent, just wonderful. They helped me with the design and very helpful. No high pressure selling.

We have my mother-in-law living with us and she had them come out to the house. We've been very pleased with their service. They gave her therapy on helping her walk again and they checked her vitals. Three nurses came out at different days. Some of them were for rehabilitation and some of them were for vitals. They did her vitals for probably two months if she had heart problems and they watched her real close. It was all home visits. My husband handled all the billing so I wasn't in the know on that part.

    NAJERA, FLORENCIO
Excellent. Florencio was certified in first aid as well as CPR, he speaks English and Spanish. He was very kind, cooked, cleaned, and ran errands. Florencio's calm nature was able to transcend to the individual and provide a calm atmosphere. Communication was great, he was honest & clean as well as a source of absolute trustworthiness.

They did a very nice job. Their availability and punctuality was good. They were professional, personal, proactive, and took care of our needs quite well.

    Intermountain Home Care-Provo
I'm about to get back in. What I like about them is when you are looking to get medical things like support stockings that the doctor's ordered or a CPAP mask or things like that, they are very willing to have you try it on so that it will fit properly. The frustrating thing about the whole office is that, there is often a line, so the waiting time is a little bit long and it's a smaller place. They do have costumer service to help you there.

Community Nursing Services Home Health & Hospice
I needed antibiotics one time, and they came out and taught my husband how to do it. They are very personable.  When my dad died, the nurse came here and sat with us at 4 oclock in the morning, and did everything with us, or for us actually.  The nurses we dealt with were very caring.  They were very good with both my parents, and good with us,  keeping us informed, and the late night phone calls that I put in. They are very responsive.

Intermountain Homecare Home Health Salt Lake
I had a great experience with Intermountain Home Care. After an ACL repair/microfracture surgery, they sent a nurse to check up on me and take care of my incisions. She was courteous, punctual, and available to answer questions. When I was having severe nausea due to my pain meds, she called my surgeon and got a different prescription delivered to me. She left me with clear instructions on how to care for my incisions and some bandages to help me do so. Home Care also sent a physical therapist to help me start moving my knee. Rachel was professional, easy to talk to, and instrumental in encouraging my progress. I was only able to do a few non-weight bearing exercises, but she was so positive about my progress that it kept me working hard. I also had a CPM machine delivered and picked up by Home Care. They were prompt about responding to phone calls and professional and helpful when setting up and taking down the machine. My only issue was with billing - there was a lot of paperwork for me to fill out, and I was unclear whether they would bill me directly or if it would be handled through my insurance. As it turns out, my insurance was billed, but at the time it was a little confusing.

    Petersen Medical
Yes, I did use the services of " Petersen Medical" Home Healthcare - Medical Equipment and Services. They provided my mom with the oxygen equipment, and she lives in Midvale, Utah. We are happy with them. They've been good. If I were starting for the first time with a company, I would look for customer service and response time. We're permanently using the services. We've been using them for couple of years, maybe two years. I agree with the disclaimer that you read to me as correct, and I dont mind this audio and its text placed on the web.

    Horizon Hospice Specialist
They were magnificent; their nurse was wonderful she was so gentle and caring with her.  We always had access 24 hours a day contact if we needed it.  She was in Highland Cove and then she went to a different level and went to Sunrise at Holladay.  They were a great chair facility.  Utah Hospice was the one that oversaw everything.  My mother was very fond of the nurses.

    Haven Healthcare
My mom is on Coumadin so they have to check her blood and then the nurse follows up with her. I have been impressed with their staff. They are very professional, kind, and dependable.
