I see Dr. Sobotka and also Nate McBride and I think they are wonderful. They are knowledgable and timely with their patients. I have had quite a bit of my family go there for various health issues who have all been very pleased. Dr. Sobotka actually saved my life 7 years ago when I had full blown liver failure.

The endoscopy had to be rescheduled, but it was relatively fast without months of waiting. Nurses and doctors were all great. The results were available once the anesthesia has worn off - this was useful because some issues were detected that had to be treated as soon as possible.

If he retires I'm not going to anyone else because he's the only person I feel comfortable with. He's a good doctor and he makes you feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable environment.

    Reddy, Dr. Sathyavathi
Well, what can one say about having a colonoscopy?? LOTS! Dr. Reddy is a charming and compassionate medical professional. She was SO kind when I had to reschedule my first colonoscopy appointment more than once...... I wasn't scared, just busy.........well, maybe a little scared;) I was such a silly 50-something girl! Don't do as I did, just buck up and get the VIT, very important test! Dr. Reddy and her entire staff were SO caring and friendly . They put me at ease immediately and understood my less than enthusiastic desire to be at my appointment. Again, what a silly 50-something girl I am!! I can't even REMEMBER the and quot;procedureand quot;. I do remember waking from a very peaceful nap only to have Dr. Reddy tell me it was all done! Her staff assisted me from there and brought juice and cookies. A relaxing nap followed by juice and cookies!! Who could ask for anything more? IN ALL SERIOUSNESS, Dr. Reddy and her staff are very professional and compassionate. They understand that colonoscopy procedures aren't eagerly anticipated by most. Accordingly, Dr. Reddy and her staff do everything possible to make the whole experience much better than expected. Next time I go, I'll do so willingly. Dr. Reddy helped me see that a colonoscopy is really NO BIG DEAL!

    Richard Craig MD
He has an excellent bed side manor. He remembers and cares about his patients. He focuses on specifics about them. He explains things so that you understand what is going on. I have recommended him many many times over. He is thorough, he cares and he is responsive to your concerns. He listens well. If you had an A+ that is what I would give him. It is not a regular office. It is a health care clinic. He has his own assistants. They are cool and fun. I will have to go see him next month.

I love the staff at the U. They have always been great to work with. They are willing to answer any questions you have and take time to make sure you are taken care of. My physician, Keisa Lynch, is amazing and will only work with her. She knows my situation and everything about my history. She is a fantastic person to work with. They are sometimes difficult to get an appointment with if you don't schedule far enough in advance. However, if there is any time I need anything they are very quick at responding and taking care of my issue.

    Desautels, Dr. Steven G.
He is a very good doctor. I would recommend him. He saved my husband's life. He did a great job on my husband who arrived at the emergency room in a terrible shape. He decided to do surgery. They took out his gall bladder and found that it was full of gall stones and he had pancreatitis really serious.

This was my first visit with them, and everything was good. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I've never had any problems with them. They are very responsive. You can go in there and get seen quickly without an appointment, and they have good hours from Monday to Saturday.

    Michael Sossenheimer MD,PHD
I was very impressed with Dr. Sossenheimer.  He explained everything that he wanted to do and gave me options regarding possible tests and treatments.  He thoroughly explained the possible costs and benefits of each treatment and the rationale for doing one thing over another.  He called with test results in a timely manner and his office staff was helpful and courteous.  He has a great sense of humor and spoke to me like an equal not just another diagnosis.
