    We have been going to them for at least 10 years. They give you an itemized list if you have expenses and an itemized list for inspection and emissions. It is convenient because they are licensed by the state to give us our stickers saying we passed inspection.

    DISHONEST!!! I took my Daughter in to buy her first car and she found the car she wanted. She filled out the first time buyer and credit request. They showed us a payment and then they stalled and stalled. Turns out another couple came in looking at the same car right after us. But they had a trade in. Then the new sales guy/manager told us that the bank couldn't do the loan that they were too busy and told us to come back Monday. That night they took the trade and sold the car to the other people. After talking to a few other dealers they did this so they could get more money from trade in and price of the car. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. Right after we went down to Young Kia in Layton and they had us drive a car, got credit and were out within a short time. Same Credit Union.

    I went into the building and was greeted by the owner, Shane and he let me know that he was not open that day and was not welcoming at all. Then I asked him about doing a Jeep instead of a car on the coupon and he told me for $50 more. So I told him I would leave it then. That night for a period of about 3 hours, he was either drunk or ? impaired, but he sent me angry text messages, cussing, telling me I didnt know how to follow directions. I was putting him out and he wanted me to know it!!! I told him to cancel the order on the Jeep and I would return with my car in the morning before he opened. Then he called me stupid and told me the only thing I needed to do is to "shut my f***ing mouth" to tell him I'm sorry and to say thank you, say thank you, say thank you......... When I told him I had never been treated this way he asked.... Customer Service? I said yes, and especially as the owner of the business. Well he let loose even more on me. He told me his statistics, his years of operation, that he doesn't "touch pee pee's and kiss *****" but his customer service is in his bloody knuckle work. He doesn't have to be nice. He's that good! I issued a complaint to Groupon for the behavior and harrassment and instead of them contacting me as I requested, they responded to him, leaving my email address for him to contact me further. So, that night, he blew up my email texting ignorant things again. This man has NO people skills and his anger issues are out of control. Not just a little bit!!! I don't care how good his work is, he shouldn't be dealing with people and he sure does not know the true definition of Customer Service. The only pictures I would upload is the dialogue off my phone showing you how nuts he is!

    I confronted the service manager about not finding these problem when they had the car for 3-1/2 weeks altogether, and became very defensive, and accused me of looking for "free" work.  Now I know what they think of BMW owners that want more that just the simple stuff fixed.  They did fix the Vanos unit during that time; however, that was recall item and they had no choice, and they did provided a courtesy car during most of that time but, I wanted my own vehicle, not a "loaner." 

    I would not recommend them for anything but Recalls, and push hard when it comes to Warranty work that needs to be completed!

    Excellent!!! I was able to get the vehicle non-warranty work completed for much less than the dealership wanted to charged. They quoted $1,169.24 plus taxes & fees. Matt was able to compete the work for $575.45, a savings of $454.24, or 44%!!!  He was also very thorough and cleaned the engine, and the belly pan before everything was reassembled and completed.  I have used his shop to service all of 3 of my BMWs and a Porsche.  Because of his other right up I was also able to take the car back to the Dealership and they had to complete the coolant leak they previously missed on two occasions even though this was an addressed concern before the warranty period expired.  I highly recommend that you try him yourself if you aren't satisfied with the serve you received on a European car so far.

    I have never had such a great experience with a mechanic! As a woman who takes care of all car repairs for the family, it is has been difficult in the past to be taken seriously as both a decision maker, and an intelligent being. I'm no car expert, but was aware there were holes in my exhaust tips. My husband expressed earlier in the year that he'd like stainless steel tips. I discussed the pros and cons with Reed Muffler, and decided to go ahead with them. He called me later that day to tell me I had a hole in one exhaust pipe leading from the muffler (we have two). We discussed why it would be unwise to patch it, and I agreed to have it replaced. He could have easily told me both pipes had holes, the mufflers were shot, or any other issues I'd have no clue about, but he only replaced what was damaged! After all was said and done, he showed me the holes in the replaced pipe, took me under a similar truck to explain to me the system we had, and why he did what he did, and told me his recommendation if we decided to keep the truck for many years to come. He was very honest! Work was done in one day! It was a good price. Most of all, he educated me and took me seriously!

    They're very courteous, gave us a lot of pretty information, they charged us because we want it in a whole change in servicing on our car. I had a very nice experience, they were very helpful, put it on a lot of aspects to the current that we were not aware of and they also pick the time to acquaintance with the some of the services that Mercedes Benz are.

    They are fair and reasonable.  It?s a family owned business.  The father started it and now the son took over.  They just do a great job.  They just do mechanic work.

    It was good.  A noise developed after the repair and they adjusted it at no extra charge.  It works great and we have traveled a thousand miles.  They have a warranty on parts and service.  They do quick work.  I would recommend them to friends and family.  They are knowledgeable and their quotes were accurate.  They are honest.

    One of the top service providers to find when I move to a new area is a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. Having recently moved from Ohio, I was excited to find a few providers in my area who had top ratings with Angie's List. I called both providers and told them I would need help with drop off and pick up because my family is down to one car. Sean at Frank's was quick to offer help, while the other made it sound like a big inconvenience. I am so glad I went with Frank's! The technician who drove me back home and picked me up was not only courteous, he provided some great recommendations on hiking. In terms of the car repair, Sean and his team were able to diagnose the electrical issues and determine it was a main fuse that fed a secondary fuse. Basically the passenger side windows didn't work nor as well as both front seats. They also checked the brakes and provided a full emissions test. The real surprise came when Sean told me the cost. A lot LESS than I was anticipating. That was nice! So for future work? I'm definitely using Frank's. Well done, mates! You've won my business.
