  • I would refer their caring attitude. They all seem to really be interested in exploring to a point that I was comfortable with and that we had an understanding of any issues of my hearing and what to recommend to take care of it.

  • Let me first explain how I rate. I gave a C simply because I felt it was an average doctor visit. I was not at all displeased, but I wasn't "wow"ed either. If I feel the visit is typically normal, it's a 3 star, or C. Now for the real review. Dr. Hill was kind, professional, and I felt he listened well. He took everything into account, and decided upon a "plan A" plan of action. (I actually came in for 2 separate reasons). He sent me to get an esophagram at the outpatient center, and I was hoping I would get the results before my follow-up appointment, but no luck--I got them at my appointment (which is normal).  He then sent me to the next appropriate specialist for further diagnosis. I was happy and not at all displeased with Dr. Hill. However, I visited the office twice, and on both occasions I felt that the office staff was a bit incompetent. I felt bad that a good doctor would have staff that didn't match his caliber.

  • Well, what can one say about having a colonoscopy?? LOTS! Dr. Reddy is a charming and compassionate medical professional. She was SO kind when I had to reschedule my first colonoscopy appointment more than once...... I wasn't scared, just busy.........well, maybe a little scared;) I was such a silly 50-something girl! Don't do as I did, just buck up and get the VIT, very important test! Dr. Reddy and her entire staff were SO caring and friendly . They put me at ease immediately and understood my less than enthusiastic desire to be at my appointment.

Again, what a silly 50-something girl I am!! I can't even REMEMBER the and quot;procedureand quot;. I do remember waking from a very peaceful nap only to have Dr. Reddy tell me it was all done! Her staff assisted me from there and brought juice and cookies. A relaxing nap followed by juice and cookies!! Who could ask for anything more?

IN ALL SERIOUSNESS, Dr. Reddy and her staff are very professional and compassionate. They understand that colonoscopy procedures aren't eagerly anticipated by most. Accordingly, Dr. Reddy and her staff do everything possible to make the whole experience much better than expected. Next time I go, I'll do so willingly. Dr. Reddy helped me see that a colonoscopy is really NO BIG DEAL!

  • A very thorough doctor's physical.  Doctor appeared very well trained and professional.  Made sure I had all preventive tests and exams for someone my age.  Listened to my concerns and questions - didn't feel rushed.  Gave sensible answers and helpful referrals for miinimally high cholesterol, steroids for back pain as needed.

  • Dr. Murday was wonderful to work with. She answered questions clearly, explained the problem in detail, offered several treatment options, and provided pros and cons for each. When we asked which option she would recommend, she said, “It’s your body. You should do what feels best for you.” I thought this was exactly the right answer, because it acknowledges how very personal and subjective healthcare decisions can be.
She has a very direct manner and a pleasant sense of humor. She even remembered, six months later, how concerned and stressed my daughter had been during the surgery and asked how she was doing.
The office staff is accommodating and friendly. There were a few minor things the staff could have explained better, but eventually everything was cleared up. The experience was probably as positive as such a thing could be.

  • I do an annual check-up every year. I go a few days ahead and give blood and then go to my check-up. He then has time to get the results of the blood tests and then does a check up. I can ask him anything and he always takes the time needed to answer my questions.

  • I was very impressed with Dr. Sossenheimer.  He explained everything that he wanted to do and gave me options regarding possible tests and treatments.  He thoroughly explained the possible costs and benefits of each treatment and the rationale for doing one thing over another.  He called with test results in a timely manner and his office staff was helpful and courteous.  He has a great sense of humor and spoke to me like an equal not just another diagnosis.

  • After moving to Utah, I had to look for a new doctor.  My primary care physician previously was a nurse practitioner and I really enjoyed her because I felt like she was easier to get appointments with and she had time to actually talk with me and provide the level of care I needed.  I found Susan via the Intermountain Health Care website and chose her because of her time as a nurse.  The office was fine and Susan seems like a decent nurse, but two things she did made me feel very uncomfortable.  The first thing that really bothered me was that I was drug tested. I do have a condition which requires occasional use of narcotics, but I found the immediate drug testing very offensive as my charts from my previous doctor clearly indicate what I am taking and the reason why .  The second thing that made me feel uncomfortable was a comment about not having children yet.  I am not even thirty and she made a comment that she would let it pass this time, but would start lecturing me soon about having kids.  It is my decision if and when I have children and I didn?t appreciate being talked to that way.  Again, Susan seemed nice and like she knew what she was doing, but I will not be returning as I was not comfortable with her providing my care.

  • We've used them for 3 months. They were definitely very thorough. My mom has bought several hearing aids at different places and they were the most thorough and cared the most. They went the extra mile. It was all around really good care. They were responsive to her and her needs. The price was pretty reasonable. They extended their warranties because she had health issues so he kept to his word.

  • He has an excellent bed side manor. He remembers and cares about his patients. He focuses on specifics about them. He explains things so that you understand what is going on. I have recommended him many many times over. He is thorough, he cares and he is responsive to your concerns. He listens well. If you had an A+ that is what I would give him. It is not a regular office. It is a health care clinic. He has his own assistants. They are cool and fun. I will have to go see him next month.
