They have always been reliable and prompt. Their customer ride service is great. They have always been very courteous. It generally only takes an hour if appointment is scheduled. There is nothing that they could improve on.

It took about an hour and I just waited. It wasn't really even a problem. When Ford Motor does a recall, you just take it in, and they do whatever they do. It is free. It is just your time. I just took a book and read. They have a nice expansive lobby area for customers waiting, with a coffee machine, coke machine, and televisions.

    The Mechanic Man
It was a wonderful service that Scott provided. He was able to accommodate the cars very quickly, was extremely thorough in assessing each vehicle, was brutally honest about the conditions that the cars were in and what would be necessary repairs vs. those that could wait a bit, and offering thinking points about purchasing and what to consider while looking at other vehicles. It was extremely helpful to have someone look over the cars and educate me to their potential needs when looking at older cars for a teen driver. I will definitely seek out Scott's expertise in the future and have recommended him to others seeking services.

The following things happened over the course of three visits a few months apart: I was given an estimated time when work would be completed. After that time had passed, I had to call THEM and ask for an update. They said it wouldn't be done for another day or two. Okay, fine, but call ME and let me know. Scheduled an appointment to bring my car in at opening time. I called at 3 PM that day for an update and they hadn't gotten to it yet. On a Friday morning, they said my car would be ready that afternoon. When I called for an update, they said the wrong part had been delivered, and claimed it was because the part was listed in their catalog wrong. They wanted to charge me for the labor to put my car back together so I could use it for the weekend. I understand that it maybe wasn't their fault that the wrong part was delivered, but that's part of life in the service business: you sometimes have to take responsibility for things that are partially or even completely out of your control. Wanted to charge me two hours labor to replace thermostat housing. Two other mechanics quoted an hour or less for the same exact work. Also wanted to charge me over $100 for the part, which is $65 or less depending on whether it's OEM or not.

ABRA Auto Body & Glass - Murray
I took my car here because it is a "preferred" shop by my insurer.  The drop off and estimating was efficient and professional.  I liked the progress reports and pictures and the lady I dealt with was very nice, professional and efficient.  In the course of the body and paint work I was informed that my car also needed a new starter and a couple days later new cross bars, both unrelated to the accident.  I happened to be fishing in Alaska at the time and after getting a quote told them to proceed with the additional work.

When I picked up the car it generally looked good.  However, upon close inspection the aftermarket replacement bumper had an injecting mold seem that was painted over instead of quickly being sanded down.  Additionally, I was charged a fair amount more for the additional work to replace the starter.

The shop, reluctantly, buffed the seems in the aftermarket bumper to make it satisfactory.  It is a 15 year old car so I was ok with just an ok job.  I would not have been ok with a new higher end car.  The shop also negotiated a slightly lower charge for the starter, but still more than the quote.

Overall, the shop did an ok job on the work, not great attention to detail.  The lady I dealt with on the phone who kept me informed on the process was excellent. I did feel a little taken by the extra work costing a fair amount more than quoted.  I left satisfied, but will not be returning.  With so many body shops in Salt Lake that are not franchises of a national chain I will opt for an independent shop that gets good reviews.

    Silver Star AG Ltd
Silver Star is the ONLY place I will take my Mercedes! I completely trust them. They never tell me I need anything that I don't. A couple of times over the years I have taken my cars in there and told them I needed something ie: brakes and they tell me I do not. I had a tire guy tell me my brakes were shot, took it to Silver Star and they said your brakes are Fine! They could have totally told me I needed a complete brake job for lots of money. They are sooooooo honest here. It's easy to get your car in for service, they set you up with a really nice loaner car and get your car back to you fast! Dave Hollander is my service manager and he ROCKS! Tell him Debby sent you! Lol

    Larry H Miller Ford
We're new to the area and I needed to have my Ford truck serviced. I read the positive reviews for Larry Miller Ford and it seemed from their positive reviews they would be worth a try. My service advisor was Tyler. He was extremely professional and helpful. They diagnosed the check engine light condition and ran new wiring to my front seats. Tyler did a great job of keeping me in the loop and my entire experience was outstanding. Based on this experience, I plan to use them again.

I?m from out of town and said I needed this done ASAP as I?m leaving on Tuesday. He suggested to leave it with them but seemed insensitive and said that he wasn?t able to accommodate me. He wouldn?t suggest or do anything and overall he was of no help.

It went very well.  One, they saved me the money of replacing the torque converter.  Two, they didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee.  Which I tried to pay them because they are a business and deserve to get paid for their time and talents.  Three, he explained the process and why?

They are excellent.  They are a little pricey but their work is extremely good.  They honor everything they do and they do it right.  They also provide you with a loaner when your car is being fixed.  It wasn't terribly priced but it was a little bit higher than I might have gotten from another shop.  However, I've used less expensive other shops and the work is far as dependable.  It is worth it.  They may be a little bit more but they use extremely high quality parts and they do great.
