They were very courteous and explained all aspects of work and suggested work still needed to keep our water systems working correctly. Just overall a great experience with this company.

    Kinetico Quality Water Systems
Within 15 minutes of leaving a message, asking for the service department to call me back I received a call. They were able to schedule the work required the next day. The Kinetico system I installed three years ago has worked flawlessly. I would recommend anyone to be open to looking at the Kinetico. It has worked great for me. Info move again, I will definitely install a Kinetico again.

Stokes Plumbing & Heating. HVAC Contractor
He had to redo everything to get stuff up to our kitchen because we weren't plumbed for a water softener.  It was great. He tore out our ceiling and then a remodeling company came in a repaired that, but he did a great job on our water softener getting all of the stuff to our appliances.  His pricing was fair.  We didn't check around, he was the plumber here and he was willing to do that.   He got here as soon as he could.  He had a lot of other homes in the area.

    Pure Tech Water
We spent three months researching water softners and talking with various vendors. We wanted a system that removed the water spots (hard water ours was over 25 g) and improved the water taste. We looked at softners, reverse osmosis systems and faucet filters. Prices ranged from $800 to $5000 for softners and about $2,000 for a full house reverse osmosis system. We felt the Watermax was the best product we looked at. It used less water and salt per regeneration and required little or no ongoing maintainence which we felt were important features. We opted to use potassium cloride for the softner although the system will use either sodium or potassium depending how it is set up. The salesman was knowledgable and very patient as we did our research. The install went fine. The tech arrived on time, set up the system in about 5 hours , went over how the system worked, when we'd need to add salt and answered all our questions. He took away all the boxes and debris. It was one of the better installations we have had.

    Witt's Water Works
Very Happy with this Plumber. He was informative and explained everything he was doing. Took the time to make sure we understood the new water softening system and what changes he made to the existing pipes.

Larsen Brothers Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
They did a pretty good installation. They were not very helpful describing the correct amount of salt and gave the incorrect setting for water hardness. Gave water hardness as 25. When I called the water dept they said it varied between 13 and 17. The water hardness setting determines how much salt is used.

Expert Plumbing Heating Air & Electrical
It took weeks to get a schedule for the repair of the system this company installed.  On the day July 22, the scheduled service was to the performed, the serviceman was three hours late and tried to cancel the appointment and reset for two month later.  Horrible service and response from the company. The tech did not charge for the initial service, but said they would contact us to come back the next week.  It took more that a month to get back to finish the service call.  The return service call took more than a month to get scheduled and completed.  The second service was much better, on time, and professionally conducted.  On average, they get an average grade, but the entire process was frustrating and very stressful.
