We are new to the area and our daughter recommended the Vet office. We were a walk in with a very sick Labrador. The Dr came out and sat on the floor with the dog so he would not feel threatened by a person he did not know. He did some test, gave Duke a shot and then gave us some meds to take with us. Very satisfied with the Dr, his staff and especially the results.

We have boarded our timid dog at Ellie's many times. The owner is always honest about how our dogs stay was and how he ate and behaved. The first time she got down on the floor to meet our dog and took the time to win him over. The second time he was "almost" happy to see her (a surprise to us as he does not like anyone). The next visit he pulled us to the door and did not even look back. Our dog usually stays in the in/out kennel and that is one option that is hard to find anywhere else. We will continue to use this kennel.

I was able to schedule a vet appointment a week in advance. The vet tech who greeted us was very nice, and immediately reached out to pet the dog. We discussed the purpose of the visit. The wait time was not bad. The vet who met us examined the cat and the dog, she was very kind and talked soothingly to them while examining them. She administered vaccinations quickly, and neither animal seemed to experience much discomfort. She addressed our concerns, and said that they will send out a reminder when the next vaccinations are due. We live in Logan, but it seems worth it to go out of our way to Hyrum to visit a vet our pets like.

My husband has taken our new puppy to a couple appointments and has been very pleased with the service. The vet has been very good with answering our questions.

When I arrived with my dog, the staff took him directly to the room where the casting would take place.  They got him onto the table, right side facing up. The vet tore open the kit and got started right away.  First, the stocking was put onto the right leg as high up as they could pull it. Second, the vet cut two holes int the stocking; one at the top, one at the bottom and inserted the rubber cutting guide into the stocking and against my dogs leg. Third, the vet wet the casting material, one roll at a time and wrapped it around my dog's leg, making sure that it was smooth and on properly. Fourth, we waited for the casting to dry and when ready, the vet used the utility knife to cut through the casting material. Fifth, the vet carefully pulled the casting apart and removed it and the stocking and we had a mold of my dog's let so the company making the stifle brace could customize the brace to my dog. It will take about two weeks to get the brace back and then I will take my dog back in and the vet and I will fit the brace to his leg.

I dropped off my cat, Mr. Chow, the morning of May 28th to have his front claws removed and for him to be neutered. He got dropped off at around 8:15 A.M. in his cage. I was able to pick him up the following morning at around 8:45 A.M. When I went to pick him up the vet tech was very informative in letting me know how the surgeries had gone and how the cat had been feeling afterwards. She let me know everything I needed to do to take care of his paws and even gave me a paper with questions I may have and what exactly I needed to do to help him heal quickly and properly. They even gave me a special kitty litter for him to use for the first week after the surgery. My cat is very fiesty so I know they had their hands full with him before and after the surgery but they still handled him with care and concern. I have been going to this vet since I first got my cat with his shots and have been going to them every since and will continue to.

Facility is always clean and does not smell despite all the animals. There are cat condos and suites, which Phylene has decorated nicely. Even my cat does not complain about going to Ellie's Pet Hotel. Phylene is warm, loving, a Dog Whisperer.

Christine is amazing at what she does and has a definite love for pets. She is so sweet and caring and you can tell that she thoroughly enjoys what she does. Since our first appointment with her we have never gone anywhere else. I highly recommend Christine for service, price and all around outstanding service.
