They were friendly and came over in the middle of the night. Showed up and helped direct my parents in a crisis. They kindly helped gather belongings, load them up and move them safely to a temporary Living space until all the repairs could be done.

    American Vision Windows
I have used two other window replacement companies over the last couple of years and each one have issues in either the product or the installation.  American Vision Windows measured once and came out and installed all the windows perfectly.  They are a class A company.  Very professional and a pleasure doing business with. Back then it was excellent on time done in two days installing replacement windows in a 20-year-old house. I appreciate the lifetime free glass replacement for broken windows or lost seals.

it was great. they were very professional and very nice. it was a pleasure to have them in my home. The did the job quickly and efficiently. i would definitely use your company again. if we need the rest of our windows replaced in the future, you will get the call. the cleaned up so nicely before they left and left no mess at all outside my home. i didn't really have to even vacuum after they left. They showed me how to open the window so i could clean the outside. it was great. I had a very enjoyable experience with this crew.

These people were professional from start to finish. The installers were so good they didn't even need to remove my old window sills-no reconstruction to accommodate new windows. They had all 7 windows installed in less then 3 hours.

Cover Up Construction Siding & Windows
We bought an older home 25 yrs. ago with the rope and pulley windows--all the cords were broken, think ancient, and drafty! We tried doing a couple diy but the odd size and cost was prohibitive! John Winn, gave me an quote, and after calculations, we couldn't see anyway we could pass it up! The new window's are double pane, low E, energy efficient --and meet the energy rebate requirements. Easy to open and clean! We had a window in the kitchen that did not open, and a window in the living room, bay window 6 panes--no opening. It became a heat box in the kitchen almost immediately every summer morning, and even with our very shaded yard by afternoon the living room was unbearable and hotter than outside. When they put in a window above the sink that opens, it makes a world of difference for that kitchen. It feels like I am at the Mountain cabin, so much cooler and hearing the birds sing. The bay window was redesigned so instead of 6 tall skinny panes, 1 tall skinny that is like bay, but the two wider sides, both are screened and open! No more draft in winter, and cool breezes in the summer! The modification for the bay window meant having to practically rebuild the area, and still they did all this and stayed within the quote, and finished in 1.5 days of work!!!

I had a great experience with them. They were very professional and friendly. We got a good deal. We negotiated with the salesman. We got a good deal, compared to what they normally cost. The product is good. It's a high quality product.

    Bennett's Glass of Logan
I called two places for an estimate and timeline. The first place I called said $220 and about a week. Bennett's Glass said about $180 and 3-4 days. I then gave Bennett's the go-ahead to come measure the window to give me a final quote. They were supposed to come take the measurements the next day which was a Friday. At about 4:30 PM when I had not heard from them, I called and they said they would not be able to get there that day. I felt like I should have received a phone call to inform me of this change of plans, so that I didn't sit around at home waiting for them. The following Monday they came and measured it and their actual quote came up to $220. I had given close measurements on the phone, so I was surprised at the increase, but still chose to proceed, expecting 3-4 days from this point to get the glass installed. Later in the week, after not hearing from them, I called to find out when they planned on coming to install the glass. I was told that it takes a week to order the glass in and then I have to get put into the schedule. First of all, this is not what I was told up-front (3-4 days), second, why wouldn't I be put in the schedule for when the glass would arrive? I expressed my frustration and they were going to try for that Friday, but likely the following Monday. They finally came the following Wednesday (13 days after my initial phone call to them) to do the installation. The quality of their work was good, and the installers were friendly. My experience over the phone with the receptionist was the worst. Just FYI: Since this, after talking to people, the next time I need a window repaired (hopefully there isn't a next time) I am going to try Gordon's Glass.
