    I called Kelly, with Kellogg Movers, as I purchased a couch and the (suggested), 3rd Party Delivery Service didn���t respond to my email inquiry or multiple phone calls. Kelly was super responsive, we locked in on a plan and time, and he delivered the sectional, without a hitch! This is the second time that he has bailed me out of a pinch, on short notice! I highly recommend him and his team! Thanks!

    A very unprofessional person who never delivers on what he promises. I unfortunately referred this realtor to a family fried and he also had similar issues as me. Both of us ended up losing quite a bit of money in addition to all the frustration from not returning phone calls, etc.

    Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service that was provided. This guy is a seller and a charmer. He will provide a perfect sales pitch to become your property manager or real estate agent and tell you all good things about how many properties his company sells and manages but it's a total sham. He is a one man show that never meets his promises and deliverable.
    I was never able to solicit a timely response to my questions/concerns, etc. He is not responsive on emails, text or voice messages and just keep you wondering. Even the very basic things like getting the rent on time cant be managed well by this person.
    I would never hire this guy again. He initially came and and said that we was CONFIDENT that he can rent out my property @$2500/month with 2-3 weeks of contract signing. Once I signed the contract, he could not get anyone in for 6 weeks and then started pushing me to drop the rent to $2000/month.
    Two other family members are also very unhappy with this person and his company.
    He just plays a mindset game of getting you into a contract ASAP and then once you are out of the state, then you become dependent on him for information and rent that never arrives.

    It was the best IT experience I have ever had. I have done this in multiple offices in the past and Jeff was not only reliable, but punctual, knowledgeable and price was very reasonable based on other comparables/bids that I had received. He continues to now work for me on a retainer basis and I would recommend his services to anyone that asks, and I have referred business to him.

    Overall experience I'd say is great.  Some of the fees threw me off a bit, but I guess it's standard for property management companies.  They were quick in getting things done.  The whole thing was fast from the time I called to actually getting a place, and they were very quick to respond if I had any questions.  I also liked how it felt like I was working with real human beings.  Some of the other companies I called made it feel like I was calling tech support overseas ;-)  I'm very happy I went with them, and I'd definitely recommend Froerer.

    The first thing she told me is that about our units in salt lake, is that we wouldn't be able to get enough rent from them because it was in a bad neighborhood.  Which I disagreed with entirely.  She insisted that it was.  She just kept going on and on how bad it was.  So I just said for her just to get as much as she could. 

    She got in some tenants that were good.  When I signed the contracts with her, I didn't know anything about property rental.  That's why I hired her. I read the contract and signed it, but I didn't know that some of the things were not ethical.  One of which was illegal.  One of the  places I rent, I allowed pets.  She told me, and it was in her contract, that the people who rent with pets have to pay an insurance policy before they can rent.  Later when I had to get an attorney to go after some tenants, because she wouldn't , the attorney told me that was illegal because she had no license to sell insurance.  She didn't even have a policy for the insurance, she was just taking the money and pocketing it and only used it if the pet caused damage.  There was no refund to the tenant for that money even if their pet didn't do anything.

    I had a tenant that had two dogs, which were the only pets that were to be allowed in that unit, and a lot of cats, which were not in the contract.  My son called this property manager to get this woman out, and she wouldn't do it.  Even before that happen, she rented to a woman by lowering the rent, and she didn't get permission from me first.  She let her rent with out getting the full deposit.  There were two reason I had her evicted, b/c she wouldn't get rid of the cats, and they were also smoking which i said was not allowed to do, which was in the contract that they were not permitted to smoke on the premises.  And this property manager wouldn't evict them.  I just had to hire an attorney myself.  And that's her job to do that.

    As soon as they were evicted I fired her.  She refused to turn over paper, keys, or money for another month and a half.  Also, when something needed to be done, major work, she would hire her own contractor her brother, which she told be about, and over charged me for the repairs.  she was nickel and diming us to death.  If there were tenants late on rent, she would charge them , and pocket the charge.  Not giving us that money.

    In the beginning she did well, but the last lady that was renting, she didn't even call her previous landlord to check on her.  My son had to do it, and found out the reason she was evicted before, he stated that he was fixing up the place to resell.  But he told my son when he went into her unit the smell from the cats was overwhelming. My property manager never called that landlord to get this referral.  That's her job.

    She did well for the first couple of years, but then it just went downhill. She wouldn't take responsibility for the mistakes she made.
