My solo went very well. I was pleased with my performance. During the performance, Angela was directing and eased my fears by her presence and similes.

Kayla's Mommy & Me Music Class
Kayla cares a lot about people and about music. She not only shares her love of music, she is simultaneously a great mentor and role model for her students. She's a beautiful person from the inside out AND she's very affordable--BONUS😊

    Daniel Olsen
Daniel Olsen, my music instructor is very rigorous. He is very friendly and outgoing. He is also very non-threatening to children, which is important.

Daniel is very patient and knows how to motivate my 6 year old. My son loves dinosaurs so Daniel includes that in the lessons, and it helps my son to remember.

My 6 year old daughter got it in her head last Christmas that she wanted a drum set. My first thought was "yea right!". The cost of the drums alone made the idea a pipe dream not to mention the space that would have to be dedicated to a whole drum set. I wasn't even sure a 6 year old could be taught to play drums that early. Well somehow my amazing wife found a full sized drum set on KSL Classifieds for $25! At that price, I couldn't resist giving into the pipe dream. After a month or so of Katie flailing around on the drums just making noise, she started saying things like, "I want to learn how to REALLY play these" and "wouldn't it be cool if I could be in a band?" I tasked my wife with finding out what drum lessons would cost and she found Sherrie. $100 per month or $25 per lesson is a lot of money for us but something told us our girl needed something that would help build her confidence and foster her love for music so we decided to go for it and I am so glad we did. Sherrie teaches from her home and Sneeze teaches at a different location. Having a female drum instructor has removed all question of drums being a boy's instrument. She is a great role model for my girl and has provided her with an outlet that has booster her self confidence to levels I never expected from her. My girl recently entered herself into a school talent show at elementary school and did such an awesome job. Sherrie and Sneez understand that performance is a key motivator for those learning the drums and work with On Track Guitar School to host a Student Fest concert every year where the kids can showcase their talents. I am so grateful we found Sherrie. She has, in so many ways, changed my little girl's life. Even though we do everything we can as parents to help reinforce her self worth, being able to play the drums has helped her believe what a cool chick she is. You can purchase drum sets directly through Sneeze and Sherrie. They also provide a Stick Work workshop series for kids in the summer at Thanksgiving point.

I recently landed the lead part of Joseph in a local production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. This was the biggest part of my singing career and I needed help. I searched around for some time and was referred to Tammy and TSR Music by several people as one of the best vocal instructors in the Salt Lake valley. I was able to get a spot on her busy teaching schedule and got to work. She coached me and challenged me over the next few months to a performance that many said rivaled Donny Osmond's! Needless to say, I couldn't have done it without Tammy. Her rates are reasonable and she has always worked with my schedule, even though she is always busy, not only with students, but with her nationally renowned music group, One Clear Voice.

We found this school from a family magazine and decided to send our daughter to join the school for an extra-curricular activity. Our daughter learned singing, music theories, glossaries, etc and she had a lot of fun. The school has many other classes, and they also offer private lessons in piano, guitar, and violin. The tuition is reasonable and the teachers are great.
