    Rose Concrete Coatings
The work was started well before the promise date, finished in less time than expected, and the work is flawless. They have also done floors for two neighbors, both 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.

    Rose Concrete Coatings
We expanded the driveway but the real work was putting in a new stamped concrete patio. They had to take the fence down and bring in a bobcat to remove the old cement everything was professionally done and cleaned up afterwards. The Stamped concrete looks like old brick in Europe. Also took the time to seal the new driveway and stamped concrete. All the work was done on time and th looks like old brick in Europe. Also took the time to seal the new driveway and stamped concrete. A True professional job I would recommend Rose concrete for any custom stamped concrete and any kind of flat work around your home.

I thought they were fabulous, they came when they said they were going to come, they did a great job, and they sealed everything really well with plastic. They moved my fridge and freezer for me.

Adam did an excellent job on this deck. After two and a half years of trying to fix the leak, his sealing did the trick. He designed a beautiful mosaic for us as well. His work was great and his crew was very respectful of our property. Love the job he did! Our only concern is that the top coat he used was supposed to help with the slipperiness of the deck when it is wet. I think it needs more 'grit' because our deck is like an ice-skating rink when it is wet, and it is downright dangerous when it is snowed on. I am trying to get hold of Adam to schedule a time to come and reapply a grittier top coat. He can't do much of this when the weather is below 45 or thereabouts, so I am sure that once he's back from winter break I will be able to get him to come back. That said, I would still recommend him. We've had three sealing companies come out to seal it and this is the first time it has worked!

    Quality Pro Coating
Jake and the team at Quality Pro did a terrific job coating our garage floor this last week. Our new floor looks amazing and I'm really thrilled with the results. I know it's probably funny to be so jazzed about it, but it really does make a big difference to the appearance and feel of a garage to have it professional coated. Don't make the mistake of trying to do it yourself. It may look good for a few years but it won't last for very long. I want to have a great looking garage and I'd already put a lot of work into accomplishing that goal -- painting our garage walls and ceiling last summer, putting in shelving, installing new lighting, and putting up tools racks and a new pegboard to organize our stuff. So getting the floor professionally coated was the last step in my goal to have a great looking garage and having the floor coated by Quality Pro was well worth the expensive. I was really impressed by how awesome it looks. One of the reasons I wanted to get the floor professionally coated was because it was in pretty bad shape. The previous homeowners had painted the floor themselves, probably with some consumer product, and it was ugly. The coating had peeled in some areas and worn off completely in other areas. There were big track marks from the tires of our cars for example and the coating was completely gone. They were also remnants of various painting projects, red and white paint here and there on the floor. I also spilled a little paint last summer when I was painting the garage walls and ceiling myself. When I contacted Jake at Quality Pro a few weeks ago, we scheduled a time to have him come out and bid the project. A few days later Jake arrived on time and we discussed their process, the available options, and the cost. Later that same day Jake emailed me a formal quote and I emailed him back to get it scheduled. The pricing from Quality Pro was competitive, less in fact than other companies I'd contacted, and I was impressed by his professional and focus on customer service. A few weeks later, on the day of the appointment Braxton arrived at our home, on time and got right to work. He begin preparing the floor with a diamond concrete grinder to remove old coatings, paint, and other debris. The diamond grinder did an amazing job cleaning the floor and it exposes the pores of the concrete too, so the epoxy can bond with the floor. The grinder is hooked-up to a large vacuum, so you don't need to worry about your home getting dusty or dirty. After preparing the concrete and removing any additional coating by hand, they filled in the concrete joints and any cracks with a polyurethane joint sealant; laid down a 93% solids, high build epoxy base; and did 50% coverage with vinyl flakes. Braxton came back the next day and sealed everything with an industrial-grade polyurethane sealant. When the project was finished it really transformed the appearance of our garage and made it look amazing. Quality Pro has been in business for over eight years and it really shows. They treat their customers well, they are professional, and they do quality work. What more can you hope for? I'm very happy with the work they did on our garage and would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

They were prompt and professional. The epoxy is peeling in a few spots, but that may not be something that they do regularly.

    Rose Concrete Coatings
Dan from Rose Concrete Coatings came to my home on June 10 to measure my garage and provide me with pricing for getting it coated. He did a great job explaining how they prepare the concrete prior to applying the epoxy coating; using a diamond floor grinder to remove anything existing on the floor and cleaning it throughly, and took the time to discuss the different flake options available. They offer a mica flake for example that is really great looking and much nicer than the typical vinyl flake you typically see. Dan also provided me with a slick full-color brochure with examples of their work, testimonials from past clients, and information about the company. It was a great first experience and it made me feel confident that I had called the right company. After we discussed the options and I decided what I wanted pricing for Dan said it would take about a week to prepare a quote, but that they tried to get quotes out faster. I told him I was eager to get pricing and was hoping to get their quote soon.  A week later I still hadn't received a quote from Rose Concrete Coatings, so I emailed Mike, the owner, and asked for a quote. He didn't respond to my email. Finally on June 28, I received a quote, over two weeks after Dan came out to bid my project on June 10... In the meantime I'd have another coating company come out to and they delivered a quote that same day. I decided to select that company for my project because of their promptness and also because their pricing was considerably less expensive then Rose Concrete Coatings. Perhaps I'm placing too much importance on the lack of promptness and communication from Rose Concrete Coatings... But when I'm selecting a contractor to work on my home I expect that they'll respond to my questions and concerns in a timely manner and follow through on their commitments. As a salesman myself I would never make my customers wait more than a day to receive a quote. I would certainly never make them wait two weeks. In fact I most often get quotes sent off to customers within minutes of them requesting pricing.  As I mentioned before my experience with Dan was great. He was professional and did a great job telling me about Rose Concrete Coatings and the work they do. But the lack of follow through on the part of their owner left me with some concerns. For that reason I felt compelled to write a review for them on Yelp and give them 3 stars, A-OK rating. If you're looking for a contractor for your concrete project I'd recommend giving them a call. But I'd also recommend considering other options if you're experience is similar to mine.
