AIntermountain West ContractorsThis is not your typical roofing company. I know because as a real estate professional I have worked with many roofing companies. Most people just pick their roofers based on who has the cheapest price. I have seen people do that over and over again. Price definitely is a component to choosing a roofer, but it is not everything. IWC not only has great prices but their expertise and professionalism are unmatched. We recently hired IWC to put on a new roof for a very particular customer. We were in the middle of a house sale and the buyer was high maintenance to say the least. IWC not only went above and beyond with their customer service to both the buyer and the seller handling their multiple calls, emails, and text messages, but they even took pictures during the roofing process to eliminate anxieties. They also answered every single call, every single email, and every text with real answers. I have never seen a company handle a difficult situation like this with such calm, reassurance and delicacy. Not to mention we got an awesome 50 year warranty roof! Wow! AIntegrity Roofing IncI initially had a roof-over done as I only had a single layer of shingles on my roof. Integrity did a fabulous job and was by far the most competitive in their pricing. Unfortunately I fell victim to a manufacture defect in my shingles that then necessitated a complete tear off and re-roof. The owner, Eric, worked personally with me to ensure that the warranty fine print did not trip me up and we were able to get a new roof out on in a timely manner. Not only has Integrity roofing technically done my roof twice in excellent fashion, but I have referred them to three other people who have been equally pleased.- Don M.

ARam Builders Stucco & ExteriorsI needed a stucco contractor to do stucco borders for 8 replacement windows and to fix leaks on some windows replaced 12 years ago. I also wanted to discuss options for changing the exterior stucco color. I had met the owner (Shaan) when he came to evaluate the job with one of the window bidders on the previous (2008) window replacement. He was the only stucco contractor to actually look at the job at that time. Unfortunately, I hired a different window/stucco vendor for that job. I contacted 6 stucco contractors including Ram. Shaan's recommendation to absolutely eliminate the leaks was to replace stucco all the way to roof above the bad areas. He was concerned potential rot behind the water barrier. We eventually decided to replace ~80% of the exterior stucco and skim/re-surface the rest. The job was pushed a month late due to manufacturing delays for the windows. Ram was very flexible in adjusting to the schedule change. The Ram crew (4-10 men depending on the phase of the job) came in ahead of the window installation and accomplished the scaffolding assembly and stucco tear-off in 3 days. This exposed significant problems with the previous window installation and the original water barrier and stucco installation. Since Ram has experience with all types of exterior work, they were able to address all these problems. They removed, re-flashed and re-installed windows and did extensive work to fix roof flashing problems. They installed a double water barrier and modern 3 coat stucco system. Some cold weather tenting/heating was required due to the schedule delay. This was handled in routine fashion by the crew with no work delays. The final result was flawless. Overall, the crew was very professional. They came on time every day and worked to dark. The foreman was absolutely top-tier. He went "above and beyond" in accommodating our requests and even personally worked with me to re-route some exterior cabling. Shaan made frequent visits to inspect progress and was always accessible by phone even though the company was concurrently working on several other jobs.- Greg W.

AThe company came out right away to assess the damage. I received a professional and detailed bid for the work, including pictures. After getting 3 bids and seeing the insurance adjuster's report, I selected AGMG roofing to do the repairs. Alonzo was exceptional at communicating all the details of the process in person and through email. Alonzo and his crew came to do the repair promptly at the agreed upon time/date. Afterwards he reviewed each problem area with before/after pictures. No issues with payment. Alonzo and his crew did a great job. I would hire them again without any concerns.

AMike Andrew from Olympus Roofing came out to give us a bid for our roofing and new Fascia and Soffit plus installing rain gutters. The Price quoted was well within our budget and was lower than some companies just wanting to install just a TPO roof. Our roof had the minimum 2/12 pitch for shingles so it needed the water and ice shield all around the roof line. The Olymbus Roofing Crew were early and did a great and professional job. Our roof never looked better! For the Soffit and Fascia and Gutters they worked with Amilio with Gutters Premier. Amilio and his crew did an outstanding job installing the Fascia and Soffit and the seamless gutters. Our house now looks amazing! Job Done: Tear off. Removed existing roofing material to deck. Installed new White perimeter metal. Installed ice and water shield over entire roof, installed synthetic felt over ice and water shield. Installed new Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles in Desert Tan. Installed new metal pipe flashings, and ridge vent for attic ventilation. Installed new Teakwood colored seamless gutter and spouts. Installed new Teakwood colored soffit and fascia
