Before they came, my dog would kill mice *sometime* and my little kids would sometime find them outside and play with them -_-" But ever since they came around and did their thing, we saw dead mice for about a week or so... Then after that I haven't seen any! I have them keep coming to refill their boxes so that I don't get any more when spring and fall come around. Really nice guy and he explained to me what he was doing and that my dog would be fine and if anything else happened to call him. ABulwark Exterminating- UtahGreat! Bryan Lords was the tech this time and he texted pictures to prove that he came by and sprayed the yard. Which is so nice because by the time we get home there is no evidence that anything was sprayed. It is also nice to know when he comes. And he was so polite and professional about it. Just one thing that might be improved on is if we could know a day or two ahead of time that someone is coming, then we could make sure the dogs don't go into the backyard while the tech is there or while the spray is wet, since they have a dog door. DEDGE Pest Control was ineffectual when they sprayed. Also, I am paying an early-termination fee of over $200.00 for ending their service. This penalty was not explained to me when I agreed to hire EDGE to rid my yard of Hobo spiders. EDGE also raised their price from the $60 range to over $100 per application without notification. The actual yard workers were civil and nice, but the phone contact people were foggy and dismissive about any problems. I don't like to complain, but the ridiculous termination charges finally pushed me over the EDGE.

FIt didn't! Jeremy was completely unreliable and did not show up when he said he was going to. After making a second appt. he was half an hour late and when I texted to see if he was coming he said yes and also let me know that he did not do latrine removal after he had told me on the first phone call that he did. He said he was confused but that he would still do it but didn't know what to charge. I was so frustrated and mad that I told him to never mind. Jeremy wasted an entire week of my time, when I could have - and did - have someone out there in 2 days. I have given a condensed version of our conversations. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
