AKellogg Movers Corp.They responded immediately and sent Chris over within a couple of hours to give me a quote. He was very efficient and professional. On he day of the move, there was a problem that they could not avoid and so they were 5 hours later arriving than we had planned but the whole crew was extremely great. They wrapped all of the furniture in blankets and then shrink wrap. They were very careful not to damage in furniture or walls. They had already worked a full day when they got there but they were all still in pleasant moods and did a great job. I already called Kelly and praised his company and crew the next day. They were more expensive than another quote I got but I don't regret paying more.- Dori K.

ARed Rock Movers LLCJose and his team were awesome! We were under a lot of stresses because we were trying to buy and sell ( close two transactions on the same day) however, things didn’t turn out the way we wanted. The funding and recording didn’t go until the next day. We had to call Jose to switch to the next day, even though he was all booked. He still managed to squeeze us in!!! Super hard working crew! FMy experience left me feeling frustrated but I will just communicate the facts and leave out my opinions: I scheduled a couple weeks in advance for the movers to show up at 2pm. I ordered 2 movers for 2 hours for $175 (the rate posted on the website). Jose rescheduled for 3. At 12pm the day of the move, he says he couldn't come until 4. Then said he couldn't come until 5. Then he said he probably couldn't do the move at all because he was staying extra long on the previous job which was being held up because a truck was stuck on train tracks. I told him that it was really unprofessional and he was putting me an impossible situation. He said he'd arrive at 5. He showed up at 5 with 2 other movers and finished my move in 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then he demanded I pay $350 because he brought an extra mover and a bigger truck (my goods filled up 1/5 of the truck). I told him that wasn't what I ordered and in terms of man hours that 2x2 is the same as 1.33*3 and I never needed a larger truck. Then he demanded that I pay $250 and said that the job would have taken longer with 2 people (I have done the move many times with same amount of stuff with 2 movers for 2 hours). I told him that 1) he was late 2) was attempting to charge me beyond what he previously stated. Then he told me to pay $215 because he added a $40 gas charge. I had had enough and paid him $215 and he left.

AGreat! First of all, Serg’s was THE only company that responded to my request, and they came all the way to Northern Nevada from Southern California, via Arizona. That’s a lot of driving for a small job. Sergio and his partner Marco completed the job in under 2 hours, including some tricky stairs at the final location. The Serg’s Moving price was very fair, and we saved additional money by renting a small UHAUL truck. This company is a keeper!

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more.
