  Quality Sprinklers and Landscaping

  I was pleased with everything, except the following issue: I had 2 rows of Sharon trees that died within a year of installation. He warranties all of his plants within the year. He came out, but wouldn't remove them. He cut one down to the stump and broke one off near the stump. He said he would find more trees and come back. That was in the spring of 2014. Every year since then, I contact him multiple times. When his came out most recently in June of 2016, it was just for sprinkler work. This year, he hasn't even responded to me.

  Operation Clean Up

  The workers themselves were consciences workers but they needed constant supervision. They dug up a couple of perennials Inspite of elaborate instructions to the contrary. Jared does not provide them equipment either. I had to give them them hand tools, leaf handling tools and gloves. We routinely put 4 cubic yards of mulch on the property in spring --so I know what it looks like. Jared had me pay in advance for 5 cubic yards. What he arrived with wasn't 5 cubic yards. It was about 3. It wasn't enough to finish the yard so he wanted yet more money. From his perspective the written estimate meant nothing. I felt I was badly taken advantage of.

  TruGreen Lawn Care - 5300

  When I signed up for service, I was told that they would be available to fertilize on Saturdays.
  1st time they scheduled on Thu.  I called and they said I wasn't on the schedule for Thursday, but they put in for a rescheduled for Saturday.  They showed up on Thu and left note that they couldn't do the work (I have dogs in the yard).  NOBODY EVER CAME THAT SATURDAY.
  I called them the following Monday.  I was told that a regional manager would call me back the next day.  NOBODY EVER CALLED.  NOT EVER!
  I fertilized the lawn myself.  Five days later (on a weekday), they came and fertilized the lawn (EVEN THOUGH I HAD DOGS IN THE YARD).
  I let this go, and didn't complain.  Next time they scheduled for a Monday.  My wife was home that morning, so it was okay.
  Today (Friday afternoon) they left a message that they were coming on Monday.  I called to reschedule for a Saturday.  1st I was told that they can rarely ever come out on a Saturday.  2nd, I was put on hold and hung up on.  I called back and got someone else who also said they just couldn't make it on a Saturday.  He forwarded me to corporate, who said they just couldn't do the work every time on a  Saturday.  I said I'd like to get it done at least once on a Saturday.  The guy repeated that they couldn't always service me on Saturdays.
  I cancelled my service.
  BTW, they didn't do much to help with the weeds in my front lawn.

  Operation Clean Up

  I had taken 3 bids on the work to be done and found that they were the lowest.  Their estimate of the hours it would take was very accurate.  As far as work goes they were great!   The crew that I had worked their hearts out under our suppervision.  The yard was transformed in one day.  We found the crew worked together well and they were very respectful of us, our desires and our home.  I would very easily recommend them -- In fact my neighbor immediately hired them when he saw what they did for us.

  I have had a several year experience with this company.  Cameron Page, the owner, and his crew xeriscaped my yard 6 years ago and have maintained the integrity of their work including several visits without charge to troubleshoot any problems.

  Aposhian Turf Farms

  They came out and they were really good.  I liked them a lot.  I spent more like $250 on their services because I had them do extra things.  I don’t remember but my husband does.  They were really good.  They said they were going to come by one day but they missed it by a few days.  I would possibly use them again in the future.

  Woodruff Tree Trimming & Removal

  The overgrown juniper on the corner had to be removed by a certain date due to its blocking the ability to see traffic on the cross street.  I was unable to work on finding someone in time to meet the deadline, but the city agreed to a short extension.   I was leaving town in a couple days, and wanted to get estimates and set up the removal so I wouldn't have to worry about it when gone.  Dennis got back to me quickly and was able to lower his estimate a bit when I was hesitant about the price.  He assured me the work could be done before the deadline.  I trusted that he'd come through, and he trusted that I'd send a check as soon as he notified me that the work was done (although I doubt this would be his preferred arrangement!).  It all went as planned except that rain delayed the removal by a day or two (still within the time limit).  Dennis kept me informed via email, and when he said the job was finished I sent a check for the agreed on amount.  Upon returning, I saw that the work was completed to my satisfaction.  One small detail that could have been better is that the garbage that had accumulated under the bush over the years (people going by seemed to like to toss bottles there) was left there on the corner.  Although I know this isn't part of the job, it would have been a nice professional touch to toss it into the garbage bin by the garage--especially since no one was home for another week to do it.  BUT--overall I'm very pleased with the whole process and grateful that Dennis was willing to get the work done within the city's extended deadline even though we never met face-to-face and no one would be right there to pay him the day his crew was there.

  Payne's Expedite Construction

  we called Payne on Tuesday after noon. He came over Tuesday night  to see the job.  He was working locally so he had a demolition crew on site Wednesday morning. Brought in the gravel on Thursday and poured Thursday evening. Cleaned up and gone by 8:30 Thursday evening. Two days start to finish.

  Larry���s Lawn & Services

  Called Larry's Lawn and Services on Friday to ask for an estimate for yard work at our house. Talked with Larry, and he sounded professional and polite over the phone. He told me he will come by our house on Saturday morning around 9am, and asked for a description of the work to be done (some pruning, weeding, purchase/spread of bark, etc), and my contact information. On Saturday morning he did not showed up, and did not called as agreed the day before. I waited until about 10:30am and called him, but the call went straight to voice mail. Leaved a message asking to please call back (or tell us he will not come by). He never called back, and we lost half a weekend day waiting on him.

  Wimmer Lawn Care

  They trim the grass too short and they have even broken some of my sprinkler heads. They never tell me when they are going to come and it seems they might have been overcharging me. Overall, I have not been pleased.
