    Advanced Tree and Stump Services
Very good company to do business with. They showed up on time, did the work and then cleaned up completely. Afterwards the owner, Mike, called to make sure I was satisfied. Nice job. I will be calling them again for work next spring.

    Complete Landscapes
We had our son's wedding reception scheduled for our yard at the end of July and contacted the owner, Jason, in March about his availability to completely re-landscape our front and backyard. We had drawn up our ideas on graph paper and met with Jason, who was gracious in saying he could commit to getting the job done in time for the reception. We had several bids from other landscapting companies in the area. Not only did Jason compete the best on price, but he also had the best ideas for our yard. Despite estimating that the job would take roughly 5 weeks (the whole month of June), it ended up taking 7 full weeks; however, we did add several change orders as the job progressed. Jason and his crew were all clean cut and absolutely great to work with. They were incredibly hard working, even on days where the temps hit over 100 degrees. We were very impressed at how they never cut corners and seemed to always go the extra mile in making sure all details were attended to. As the date for our reception approached, Jason and his crew worked well into the evening on several days to ensure everything got done in time. The yard turned out much better than we expected and we're completely delighted with the results.

    Quality Sprinklers and Landscaping
I was pleased with everything, except the following issue: I had 2 rows of Sharon trees that died within a year of installation. He warranties all of his plants within the year. He came out, but wouldn't remove them. He cut one down to the stump and broke one off near the stump. He said he would find more trees and come back. That was in the spring of 2014. Every year since then, I contact him multiple times. When his came out most recently in June of 2016, it was just for sprinkler work. This year, he hasn't even responded to me.

We are now in a lawsuit. Here are the issues- 1. Goes months without returning several phone calls or texts and finally will show up out of the blue. 2. He's great until you pay him then he's on to his next job. 3. Doesn't live up to his warranty. My drive way is chipping after one year. Manufacturer claims his installed wrong. He is now ignoring us and won't show up, call. We have to take him to court. Stay away from this company. They are very bad news.

    Atlas Trees
The estimator did a great job and was very punctual, and offered me a fair price to remove the branch that came down from their crown job (a year prior).  However, the run around trying to get it scheduled was impossible.  Multiple calls from me to them, and could not ever get an answer on a date.  Two weeks after the estimation, and I've called to cancel the quote.  I'm half expecting them to show up and do the work and bill me anyway, that's how unorganized this place seems to be.

    Prestige Yard Care Inc.
They did come out with short notice but didn't provide quality service. Only partially cleared off sidewalk and charged for ice melt even though we didn't want it. When confronted, owner argued with us and said we wanted ice melt. This demonstrated poor business practice and lack of professionalism. We will not be using them for snow removal or our landscaping needs.

    Complete Landscapes
It was an exceptional experience! I had to wait a couple of weeks between first contact & the scheduled bid appointment, which to me is a reasonable time frame given the type of work & time of season. I received an itemized bid within a couple of business days. Pricing wise they came in the middle. I chose Complete Landscapes because Jason took the time to walk through what I envisioned the end result to be, we discussed how the work would be done, how far out he was booked and he gave me options for small enhancements I hadn't thought of (like curbing around the beds) and included those in the detailed bid so I could make an informed decision.  I appreciated having a reasonable expectation set from the get go. Work commenced approx 30 days after the bid, which was within the estimated time frame. The crew was courteous and respectful of my property. I work from home and they ensured minimal interruptions to my day. The crew supervisor Juan made sure I was in agreement of the grading for the yard & planter beds and placement of the trees - this might not sound like much, but I appreciated being included before everything was final. I'm a hands on person, so this courtesy was much appreciated. The crew worked efficiently together, all in all it only took them 4 business days to complete the work.  When Jason walked the end result with me, he took the time to answer questions I had about the watering set up and steps to take to ensure the new sod rooted properly.  I would absolutely recommend Complete Landscapes to family & friends and use them in the future.

    ASAProbe Horizontal Directional Drilling
I was extremely impressed with how accurate they were in placing the pipe in a very challenging location. Their horizontal directional drilling capabilities are excellent. They were very professional and experts at what they were hired to do. They showed up on time and finished the job in less time than anticipated.

    STEVE'S STUMP GRINDING, LLC
I greatly appreciated Steve's website providing an explanation of how fees are calculated, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. This was an excellent experience all the way around. My call to schedule an appointment was informative and professional, she made sure I understood what to expect and took care of getting Blue Stakes out ahead of time.  And on the day of service Steve called me a couple of times to provide updated estimated time of arrival as his earlier appointments wrapped up - this was a great courtesy. Steve arrived within the estimated time, he explained what he would do, confirmed the measurements and provided me the total cost before he started the work. I'll definitely recommend family & friends to Steve.

    Operation Clean Up
The workers themselves were consciences workers but they needed constant supervision. They dug up a couple of perennials Inspite of elaborate instructions to the contrary. Jared does not provide them equipment either. I had to give them them hand tools, leaf handling tools and gloves. We routinely put 4 cubic yards of mulch on the property in spring --so I know what it looks like. Jared had me pay in advance for 5 cubic yards. What he arrived with wasn't 5 cubic yards. It was about 3. It wasn't enough to finish the yard so he wanted yet more money. From his perspective the written estimate meant nothing. I felt I was badly taken advantage of.
