AEveryone at the office was friendly and accommodating, from the person who scheduled the appointment to the doctor. Even though I see him only once or twice a year, he remembers me and my particulars every time.
I also got glasses from their office, and they were correct on the first try; I have had some problems with Lenscrafters having to redo glasses in the past. Their prices are pretty much on par with Lenscrafters and Pearl Vision (which are actually owned by the same company). I had to wait for the glasses instead of getting them in an hour, but I knew that when they arrived, they would be the correct strength.
