    Great doctor and staff! Very pleased with my experience. They already had my insurance benefits pulled up as soon as I walked in the office. Any questions I had regarding my benefits were answered. The tests were very comprehensive. Dr. Kuder was informative during the whole process and took time with me. I didn't feel rushed or anything - you can tell they genuinely wish to put you at ease and address any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this team 100%.

    This is an outstanding practice in all respects. Excellent Optholomologists and contact lens staff, friendly and helpful reception staff. In addition to annual check-ups they have acted quickly to fit me in for a sudden change in vision. A very professional operation. Also, having worked recently with Ms. Howard on new contact lens fittings she was outstanding in helping find the best kind and fit of contacts and even stayed after closing one day to get my new prescription to me. Clearly an organization very committed to providing excellent customer service and professional services. I recommend them in all respects.

    He doesn't take much time or seem to care. I would not recommend him. Sketchy at best. I was asked to pay a deposit in advance this time. I've used this group of Doctors for 10+ years and have never been expected to pay in advance. Self-pay patients typically pay more than insurance does. I always pay before leaving. I felt insulted and discriminated against. I asked to speak to Dr. Sam and he told me that is the policy and if you don't agree with it you can leave. I'll never go back. I never trusted him anyway. I always felt uneasy about his care or lack of.

    STAY AWAY!! Employee “Zach” is clearly MENTALLY UNSTABLE to the point of being potentially dangerous. This was the MOST SHOCKINGLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A STRANGER! Zach, who refused to tell me the owner or manager’s name, screamed at me, repeatedly called me “a F**KING B**CH”, “A PIECE OF SH*T”, and told me at least 10 times in rapid succession to “GET THE F*CK OUT OF HERE”. If I hadn’t been there, I would have difficulty believing it myself. All because I wanted to lodge a complaint. I went there to have the nose pad repaired on my glasses, for which they charged $45. It was okay at first, but within a few hours I noticed it was rubbing a sore on my nose. I went back to get them to adjust it a few days later, on a Friday at 3:20 pm. They are supposed to be open until 5:00. The door was locked, so I called their number and got a voicemail saying to leave a message or send a text. Before I could send a text they sent me one saying they’d be back tomorrow at 9:00. I really wanted to get it taken care of that day, so I sent them a text back asking if they were nearby. I waited in my car a total of 30 minutes and sent 2 more texts hoping for a response, but got none. So, I had to go back the next day, which did not make me happy. I went in and told the guy my issue, which he fixed. But, I wanted to lodge my complaint, so I started to try to tell him what happened the day before. He started rambling somewhat incoherently about the internet, the difference between a “New York minute” and a “Texas minute”, and told me I could have just left my glasses in their drop box outside. I tried to explain that if I left my glasses in the drop box I wouldn’t have been able to drive because I wouldn’t be able to see. I was becoming incredulous, but did my best not to lose my temper or raise my voice. He told me that people have different priorities, which seemed irrelevant. He barely let me get a word in edgewise, but when I persisted in trying to make my point he LOST IT! Like I said, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

    Dr Wang and office staff lied to me time and time again. Got billed for charges I didn't owe, dr wang and office staff said they would take care of it. They did not. I was continually billed for 4 months for money I didn't owe. I had to go to office and confront staff. They finally admitted I didn't owe payment

    I parked near the TSO location, went in, and I was immediately and professionally greeted. Within seconds, I was looking at new frames with a TSO Associate. We measured for the new frames, I filled out any final paperwork, and I left very happy. I was there less than thirty minutes.

    very nice, wouldn't take money until insurance payment was received. Very easy going, and extremely helpful and professional at the same time. It's hard to find a single Eye examiner anymore, usually jumbo groups. He is a Godsend. His father works in the office too. Nice practice.

    Dr. B was kind and courteous, and has a dry sense of humor which I love. He not only did my exam but also recommended I try computer glasses as well, and did not pressure me when I said no. He still gave me a prescription for those as well as my regular script. He never tried to pressure me to use his eyeglass service either. I do plan on going back and purschasing some in the very near future though. I moved to Texas and needed a new one and he is just the ticket. Angie's list people should feel confident in his services. I am in the medical field as well, so this was a blessing.

    Everything was fine. Only they did not call when glasses were ready. I contacted them to check if glasses were ready to be picked up. Not a big deal. Price and work were good.
