"They started on Wednesday afternoon and finished on Friday, Left note on 2 doors about what not to do until March 20th. The floors are beautiful and look like" new. I would hire them again anytime. They were very professional and took care with walls.

"The carpet installation went well. However, the flooring was another story... Within one month, the vinyl kitchen floor had a knick in it and indentations possibly" from my kitchen chairs due to the poor quality of my new flooring. My chairs have roller wheels which may have caused the indentations. When I reported it to the company, I was told the flooring has memory foam and not to worry because the indentations will go away within time. I wasn't satisfied with their response and requested that someone come out to my house to inspect the installation and quality of the floor. The installer (subcontractor) came out and stated he thought it was the chairs that were causing the problem. He recommended that I either get different chairs or place a plastic mat under my kitchen table/chair area. How nice. I should have to buy new chairs because of the poor quality of the flooring being unable to tolerate the weight of chairs on top of it.???? He then said I would have to pay to have my new floor repaired. I agreed because I didn't want the floor to get any worse and I thought he could fix it. The installer literally put a glob of glue in three spots and charged me $75.00. He had me make out a check to cash and was unwilling to provide me with a receipt. So, I wrote in the memo section of the check -
. Since I wasn't satisfied with his work and was still unhappy with my kitchen floor, the subcontractor ended up calling
. The individual I spoke with stated that I should install padding on the chair legs. I explained to him that I don't have chair legs but rather rollers on my chairs and never had a problem with them on my former floor (which was also vinyl). He then said he would have the sales representative contact me. When I asked him if it was customary to have customers write out a check to cash and not provide a receipt, he replied, it's between me and the contractor. I'm contemplating reporting them to the IRS.
, the sales representative, called on 2/13/15. He left a message that the indentations shouldn't be a problem, that they should work themselves back up. He also stated that he thought we may have discussed putting felt padding underneath my chair legs. I responded that he had definitely not mentioned anything about my chairs because I would have questioned it since I have rollers on them and it would be impossible to put felt around the rollers. He said he would call me back within a week to schedule an appointment to come out and assess the flooring. That was on 2/13/15 and today is 3/18/15. I haven't heard from him since. I just don't understand how a company can get away with not being accountable for the services it provides. I'm not a flooring expert. That's why I had
, who I thought I could trust to come out to my home to recommend durable products and properly install them. I WILL NEVER recommend their services to anyone.

Most  reputable carpet stores should be able to help you, they know what is available. and should be able to find a good carpet for a good price. sometlmes they will buy overruns that are a good value. Also,   make sure they do use a power-streacher when they install the carpet! Pat All Carpet Repair
?

Carpet with pad purchase cost $10-20 for really economy cheap stuff, $20-30 for normal brands, and $30-50/SY (square yard) for high-end carpet, to $100 or more for custom or gold thread and such.

Installation cost does not change much depending on what varpet is installed - generally about $10-20/SY.

So, for normal medium-range carpet I would assume $30-50/SY.

After terrible service at a big box service that had me feeling really "low", I saw great reviews for this outlet and stopped by to see what they could offer. Salesman
Woodway Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
was courteous and professional. I told him in general terms what I was looking for and he made a recommendation. While not exactly what we were looking for when we first set out to buy carpet, I think
Woodway Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
made an exceptional recommendation. Both he and the installers were on professional and right on time when they said they would arrive. We ultimately spent less than half of what we thought we were going to, while still able to achieve the level of value we wanted to get. Hopefully the carpet will meet the demands and warranty that it is supposed to. I will definitely be going to

They had a little trouble locating my router since it was an older model but eventually it showed up. Meanwhile they offered suggestions to me on how it could be resolved. Not necessary since it finally synched. They were very patient to me in demonstrating all the new functions of the TV.

The gentleman that provided the work was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job, and even helped out with some questions about upcoming jobs.
The salesman however, never followed up on the job, and never contacted us again about other projects we had ordered. He had already measured the different areas, and we had picked out the materials. He was to give us pricing and make appointments for the jobs. We called a month later and left a message, however he never returned the call. Guess he doesn't want our business any longer.

I am selling my home and needed to replace my carpet. I was referred to the company through my realtor who always uses them. I received several bids from "A" rated carpet installers on Angie's List and theirs was the best bid and quality carpet (Mohawk 30

) so I went with them. When I called to request the bid they came out right away and gave me an estimate and completed the work when I requested that it be completed. Three workers came out to install and they were very quick and efficient and did the work in about 5-6 hours or so. They were friendly and polite and handled moving the furniture well and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend the company and would use them again.

hardwood floor immediately showed signs of defect. Had to chase my sales rep down for over a year to get him to address the issues. He sent his dad, the owner, out to handle the problem for him. HIs dad was a pompous a** and showed no sign that he understood that a floor that cost over $10,000 dollars shouldn't have issues a week after it is installed or that the customer shouldn't have to chase his son for over a year to get someone to fix it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

We contacted them after another provider failed to provide details we requested on a carpet proposal. Fort Worth Carpet was totally transparent, providing a total estimate as well as a breakdown by square foot so we could evaluate and easily compare to others.
They were also very clear in communications, from the proposal to the time to get the carpet and have installed. We went with them and they delivered on every commitment in the time frame promised.
This was 5 or 6 months ago and there have been no problems whatsoever with the quality of the carpet or the install. We will use them soon when we re-carpet the upstairs.
