    The management confirmed the photos on their website were accurate and that the rental space I was interested in was "move-in ready." Based on their guarantee of unit fidelity to the "recent" (their word) images on their website, I placed a deposit on the unit discussed. On arrival in town and being shown the unit, I was appalled. It was filthy. The bathroom alone was a horror story. Appliances were broken, fixtures were ancient and dilapidated, and the sink and toilet were unsanitary--certainly not "move-in ready" as the management had promised. I asked if the company would first clean the unit so that it was up to the standards of their advertisement. They refused, asserting the unit was "rent as is." Despite my having digital photos showing the unit was NOT in the condition advertised on the company's website, the company maintains its images were accurate and that the images I took are merely my "subjective" assessment. This kind of abrogation of truth in advertising laws is, sadly, common in the property management business, reflecting what the US government itself finds--that there is not a single US county with sufficient availability of affordable housing. Consequently, consumers are often pressured into accepting questionable or even illegal rental conditions to satisfy a basic human need, housing. MIMS CZ2 takes advantage of this by using false advertising of at least some of its units to lure at-distance consumers like me into placing deposits on units, then refusing to rehab the units so they are consistent with its corporate website's images. MIMS is happy, however, to pocket consumers' fees when it becomes obvious their advertisement was false. MIMS CZ2's owner/manager has also threatened to destroy my credit should I choose to pursue this matter in court, hoping, thereby, to silence me and make this matter go away. Contrast the first two photos attached (images I took on my cell phone and which are characteristic of the state of the apartment when I viewed it) with the last two which were advertised on the company's website for the specific unit I placed a deposit on). Yet the company maintains its unit was clean and "move-in ready."

    Was scrolling on facebook one night and came across #msicreditsolutions. Filled out info they needed they contacted me immediately the next morning. I'm in the market of purchasing my first home, but I know I have some credit issues. However Brandon Holmes (my wonderful adviser) me feel VERY SECURE in trusting him to make this happen, he explained EVERYTHING detail by detailed and was very patient with me...and just to let you all know, I DON'T trust people well! Unlike most advertising I've heard about are schemes and out to get your money etc. Reading reviews and seeing people I personally know stating #msicreditsolutions changed their lives for the better, made me take the initiative to contact them. If you want to increase your score and have a better life. I would advise to give them a call asap.

    We occasionally get service outages probably like every other cell company gets. Nothing major. Usually they fix before I have to call anybody. One thing I didn't like about them is one time when we upgraded about two years ago they promised us a discount and even though the phone call was recorded and notes were put in they never gave us a discount. They promised us a pretty decent discount if we would stay with them because we were going to switch to Verizon and then when we ended up signing with them they did not follow through on their promise. I would only recommend them because they have unlimited data but if they did not have that we would probably go to Verizon.

    They charged me to install the cable box and modem myself! they told me on the phone that I could save money by doing it myself and lead me to beleive that meant free. when I called them on it they said that it was an activation charge . I was never told about . It just gets worse from there. Short story ... I cancelled and got Century Link . Better if not great experience.

    I had double phenumonia was hospitalized for 18 days. the Dr.s nurses were all very friendly. Kind and caring. They explained in detail what kind of treatment i would be getting. The long term effects once i come home and all the follow up visits i would need. They did a outstanding job. Got me back on my feet.

    I finally got someone from India to set the account up as "customer provided equipment" in their system, and she then transferred me to their tech dept..  I had to argue with him about why a person had to come out to the house to install my router/modem.  Once I hooked it up it displayed all the billing information on my computer connected to it, which means it was working they just had to flip.  I repeated myself about a dozen times, then started asking for a manager.  The call was disconnected and the internet started working.

    I paid for the service and installation in advance. However, when the tech arrived, he had no record of the installation fee being paid. He tried to get my husband to pay for it and when he was informed we had already paid, he gave an 800 number to my husband to have him call and verify payment. I believe the tech should have had his business taken care of before he arrived at our home.
    When an adult has to take off from work for service installation, he is losing money from his weekly paycheck. Taking extra time from the customer to have them verify work orders and payment receipt is bad business. Service was complete and we now have internet.

    Service tech showed up on time. He phoned me and said he would be working on the house for a while before needing to enter our home. I appreciated this since I had to leave work to come let him in. He phone me 15 minutes before needing to get inside so I would have time to leave work and arrive to unlock the house. 
    He did his job very quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and had a respectful and courteous attitude. 
    All TV's were hooked up and work perfectly.

    This was not an easy project as our office, a CPA firm was occupied during the construction.  This was also done during the busiest time during the year.  Danny Price and company went to great efforts to minimize the construction dust and mess that really is unavoidable.  He made sure all the vents on the construction side were shut off or disconnected so there was not dust flying throughout the building.  There was an extremely tight construction deadline.  Construction had to be completed by April 18, 2013.  Danny met it.  I am not kidding when I say that the construction was quality.  He was thorough on the follow up and punch list as well. 

    Some may claim that this is such a glowing review it is not independent.  Call me at 940-397-8400 and ask for Brandon.  I will give you a tour of the building and what he did and show you pictures of the process.  Then you can decide for yourself. 

    Also, if you drive by our building you will see a multi-tenant monument sign made of metal.  It looks like an artist put those graphics and logos on the sign.  There is some extreme quality and attention to detail.  Danny did it all.
