Pool And Spa Cleaning reviews in Wichita Falls

Well, as I write this review, it is now Thursday, September 3rd. Westmoreland Pool has not called or come by. When I originally went into their office, the two ladies working there assured me I would be taken care of. Apparently, they have ZERO customer service. How does a business operate knowing they have customers with pools needing fixed after 3 weeks of the work order with no contact?
If I could rate this company a NEGATIVE, I would. Until NOT give these people a nickel. They are the WORST pool service in town and deserve a big, red F.

.I STILL HAVE NO SUCTION and have reported this to AHS and they are trying to get Westmoreland back out to fix the problem.  They have sent two requests.
Westmoreland sent me a bill for $113.67 for cleaning the DE Filter; they did not take apart; just sprayed water down inside.  PAID
They charged me the outrageous amount of almost $400 FOR CLEANING THE POOL.  PAID $100.  The grandson kept pouring in chlorine thinking that would make the water clear.  I put in a clearing agent that made the water clear.
Sent Westmoreland a letter (w/copy to AHS) stating I would not pay anything further until my pool is 100% up and running.  I cannot clean the dirt out of the pool.
Currently waiting on Westmoreland and AHS to get this problem resolved.

The pool stilll is not 100%. I am going to pay $50 more, for a total of $200 to clean a 16x32 pool.  I will not pay anything more.  AHS has not done their part to get this problem resolved.  I am cancelling their coverage.  They are another F company.

I had a new pool liner put in. At first, they did not finish the job so they sent somebody else to come finish the job. We got it filled up with water, and it still didn't work as it should. They told me I needed a new skimmer line, and in the process they damaged the electrical line to the pool light. If you try to turn on the light which no longer would work, it would throw off the GFI so we couldn't get any power from this source. Then they told me I needed a new pump. After I put that in, it still doesn't work. He did come out last Wednesday, and at this point he started blaming everything on his employees while at the same time his employees were blaming everything on him. This morning he was supposed to come out to take out the pool light to see if he could fix it, and if he could not he was going to come back with an electrician. He failed to show up today. I called him on his cell phone later in the afternoon and he did not answer nor did he respond.

I'm so glad I checked with Angie's list before calling a pool company. Hatcher pool had an A rating on Angie's list they should have an A+ rating they are outstanding and so efficient, Robert installed our system and it was so easy to learn he walked me through everything that I needed to watch for and to call him if I had any question. I called him a couple times and he was at my home the same day to help with my questions and show me what to do. My pool feels wonderful salt water pool is the way to go....thank you hatcher pools and a big thank you to Robert....

I contracted with Pool Time to order and install a new liner.  Prior to replacing the liner, I decided to also tear out and replace the concrete decking.  Gary said he knew a GREAT concrete contractor that had done lots of work with and would bring them by to give me an estimate.  I asked to know when so I could be available and was never told when they were coming to look and prepare the estimate.  I never met or talked to the contractor or Gary to explain what I wanted nor did I ever get a written estimate for the concrete work.  Next thing I know, I arrive home from work one afternoon and about 1/4 of the deck is busted out.  I had not been given an estimate nor did I authorize any work to begin. To say the least, I was NOT a happy camper. I asked for several days for the written estimate, from Pool Time and the concrete contractor.  To date..... I still have never seen an estimate or a bill.

The workers for the contractor, as well as the owner were rude.  They slacked off more than they worked.  They stole refreshment items (beer) from my refrigerator and the work they did took forever.  My yard was a disaster, concrete chips and rocks everywhere, beer bottles and trash from their lunch scattered.  They would tell me when to expect them and they never showed up on time if they showed up at all.  The day they set the forms and tied in the re-bar... I had to give a $500.00 advance for the re-bar (NOT EXPECTED). They did not use a transit or level to set the forms. When asked, they stated they had been doing this for 30+ years and knew what they were doing. Had to argue with them when they set the sockets for the ladder and hand rails. And they still set the ladder sockets in the wrong place. This required a new ladder. The hand rail sockets were set crocked and leans to the North. Will have to bust out the concrete to fix this.

When they finished pouring the concrete, was told I would have to pay the concrete driver as he had no credit and was on a cash only basis with them. They finished pouring and were doing the finish broom work on the deck. The owner said they were done and asked for the rest of his money and said they would come back Saturday to remove the rest of their forms and wanted his money.

We discussed the total price and agreed that was the verbal amount and I paid him. He did not come back Saturday and two weeks later part of the forms were still in place as were the trash. He did finally come back and remove his forms. He did not finish clean up, nor did he fill the space with dirt where the forms were. I had to retain the services of a handy man to clean up and back fill around the concrete at my own expense.

Horrible service. He would not answer his phone, would not call us back, would just show up at the door un-announced. He recommended a concrete service to replace the deck on the pool and that was even worse. Horrible experience with all portions of the repair.
He finally installed the liner, it is not level with the water lines. Tried to over charge us for some parts. He installed the liner lock and it did not fit all the way around and has since fallen out and is just hanging in some places.

The man without a doubt can keep a pool clean and balanced. The problem I have with PoolTime is the way they do their business. I had a liner replaced and the project was never complete as I think they take on more work than they can handle. I was then billed for service that was never done due to me not being able to run pool due to the liner replacement not being finalized. I paid a bill in good faith that everything would be straightened out and to my expense it wasn't. The pool service is great, the only problem is there is never a set time or date that he pops in. Bad if you got company over or are planning a family event at the pool. If you use them and ever have repairs done I would definitely get a typed contract, or itemized statement and hold them to it. Trying out a different pool service company now as I don't feel the money PoolTime owes me would ever be worth the hassle of dealing with the un-proffessionalism.

The person who handled my request strung me along for more than two weeks scheduling appointments for the pool maintenance person. That person never honored the appointments
