I only came in to get glasses

I brought an out of town prescription for glasses, I normally wear contacts, and they were happy to help me. I was shown where the female glasses were at and left to choose for myself. I was not pressured into buying a certain brand or the most expensive ones there. I enjoyed the receptionist and we actually talked a while because we are from the same area. When I picked up my glasses the male in the back helped me to get the perfect fit. He cleaned them and they were placed in a hard case. I enjoyed their services and when I need a checkup next year I will be going there.

Needed new eye glass prescription, and exam. Also needed instruction about bifocal lenses.I chose to go with clear vision lenses after working with tech., my husband chose no-line bifocals, after trying different lenses.Less than a week later, our glasses arrived, we were both fitted, examined, and given the opportunity for questions or changes. We were both satisfied with our results.

Very easy to make appointments around our schedules. My husband and I had appointments at the same time. We were extremely pleased with each of our providers, no surprises with billing.When we were ready to choose our eyeglasses and lenses, we each had a technician to help with frames, lens type, and fittings.We were both given choices for our needs, and given all prices that would be over our co-pays, and options available.Everyone was very helpful from start to finish. From receptionist to doctors to technicians, they were easy to work with, many times anticipating and answering questions that we had not asked.They even sent a Christmas and birthday card.
