    Jacob checked the functionality of different cycle settings, then re-set or rebooted the washer's software, problem solved. He charged me $65 for a diagnostic call instead of the $125 minimum for a service call. (Kenmore service offered me an appointment in 2 weeks with a $109 service call. I declined the offer.) I am a very pleased customer & will definitely call this company again. Highly recommended!

    I called 5 times. Twice I called the number listed on Angie's List. 3 times I called the number I found on their website. Each time someone picked up the receiver then hung back up. Calls placed on 2/11/2019 between 10:30am-11:00am. Don't waste your time. What if you hire them and the repairs are no good? You won't be able to get them to come back out.

    First time I called no one answered phone - just rang repeatedly. Second time I called woman wasn���t very polite and put me on hold and then disconnected the call. Third time Incalled no one answered phone. So I called another company.

    The company states it has 24/7 emergency repair service. I had used them 2 years ago and was pleased with the technician and service, so I called them once more. I made an on-line appointment request and followed up with a phone call in the morning. No one answered the phone, so I left a detailed message with model number and serial number and shared I was a previous customer on the recording. I called again that afternoon and left a second message. It has been 3 days now, and I have not received any communication online/email/phone call from this company. Very disappointing when I had such high hopes.

    We hired AAA All Brand Appliances to assess the problem. Johnny came right on time, as promised. He did an appropriate assessment of the problem and was able to fix it the same day. We greatly appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism. We will definitely use him again when needed.

    Did online research to see if this was still available Found a few but Model Numbers didn't match. Called company and asked that they come but first research if they could even obtain the proper part. Receptionist said no tech was (ever?) available by phone to determine if they could fix this! Called him out anyway, took a look and stated he couldn't fix but did give me a local source to explore it myself and charged me $99. and left. Local plumbing supply did locate, charged to my credit card and shipped to me. Called tech back out to install, nice and polite, did job quickly and charged me another $200.

    Tony did the best he could with the microwave. Absent bringing in a carpenter or cabinet maker, he did an okay job after about two hours of effort. His refrigerator repair was right in line with his expertise, and he had the replacement parts in his truck. He did a great job on that. His total price was very reasonable.

Paul makes good use of technology tools that enhance his ability to efficiently deliver service. Everything is on his mobile phone...appointments, ordering parts, determining total cost, and taking payment. I've found my new appliance repairman.

    Arrived on time and isolated the problem within minutes. Defrosted the unit and said if the problem arises again they would come out at no service charge. Unit working now. We have used them before. Best repair service for this high end fridge,

    The owner came out within a few days of the request. He said that the wine fridge needed a new thermostat, which he would have to order. About a month later, I called to status the situation and he said he would check the next day to see if the part had come in. I never heard back. Ic alled back recently and left a long message. I told them I was inquiring if the part had ever come in and that if I didn't hear back, I would call someone else. He never called me back. So, despite good service up front, they never followed through with the work promised and stopped communicating. I am disappointed that this company is on Angies List!
