    The video of the co-owner punching a dog in the face is disturbing. Please read reviews on Yelp, Facebook and Google. It broke my heart to hear that poor dog crying in pain! Employees have resigned because they couldn���t stand to witness the abuse that occurs on a regular basis. If you value your pet, go else where.

    Short story: Judy Kay sold me a sick puppy. Very long story: When I got my pup from Judy Kay, he was 12 weeks old. She told me that this was his mother���s first litter and that my puppy was one of two puppies that survived. Judy Kay said both pups were sunny side up and breach, and the other puppy got stuck in the birth canal and came out not breathing. She performed CPR until the puppy didn���t make it. (This is important later) When I got him he was very skinny and wasn���t really eating the food that Judy supplied me with. I guess she didn���t notice that he wasn���t eating or the fact that you could see his ribs. The day I brought him home, I also noticed that he was tripping over his back legs and looked like he was still learning to walk. His paws were very large and I assumed this was the reason he was tripping. Not the case. Two weeks after getting my pup, his tripping got worse and he started randomly screaming in pain. Not whining, but ear-piercing, long-winded screaming. I took him to the vet and the vet said the only time he had seen a dog act like that was meningitis, but we would have to go to a neurologist. We went to the neurologist and had a lot of tests run to try and figure out what was going on. He tested positive for Babesia, which is a tick disease. He has this in combination with auto-immune meningitis. These are not curable, but only treatable in dogs that react well to treatment. The only way a dog can get Babesia is through direct exposure, meaning he was bit by a tick or it was passed to him from his mother when she gave birth. The vet thought this was a false positive, given that his symptoms didn���t match and it was probably unlikely given the situation, so she wanted to retest a month later. We retested and it came back positive again, but his numbers for Babesia had increased by eight times. The Babesia still doesn���t explain the tripping and other symptoms he had/has. I contacted Judy Kay to let her know what was going on and out of courtesy wanted to let her know that it was possible that he could have gotten it from his mother. She was not even willing to discuss a refund and that���s when she got defensive. Judy Kay responded saying that the vet was taking advantage of me and that they don���t know what they are doing. She said didn���t feel responsible because she doesn���t have ticks because she uses Frontline (everyone I know that has used Frontline said it doesn���t work, including both vets I���ve been to) and that she hasn���t had a problem with this bloodline in 20+ years. She also tried to blame it on his next round of shots, which is impossible because his symptoms showed up before he was even supposed to get them. And the best part��� Her defense was that she prays over the eggs and sperm before the babies are even made. I also told her about his tripping and how he had been doing it since the day I got him. She said that she never noticed it and she was with him 24/7 after he was born. Judy Kay���s health guarantee is only ONE WEEK. Typically, a health guarantee is AT LEAST a year. It took us over 2 months to figure out what was going on, so we were well out of the range. Out of curiosity, I went to Judy Kay���s facebook to see if she had posted any pictures of my pup before I got him. *This is where his birth is important* I found a picture of him where Judy EXACTLY commented with incorrect spelling and missing punctuation, ���he is a miracle baby He got stuck in the birth canal born not bretheing. he came sunny side up and breach, the head and chest area got stuck. I had to do mouth to mouth and finally after an eternity to me, started gasping, finally another few min breathing normal..��� One of her facebook friends asked if there were any problems afterwards and her response was, ���perfectly fine, Praise the Lord.��� This is the story she told me that she claimed happened to the other puppy that didn���t survive. I unfriended and blocked her on facebook and decided that I wasn���t going to give her anymore updates. I didn���t respond to her texts, so she even reached out to my dad, who didn���t respond either. Five months and $3,000 later, we are finally seeing some improvement but still have a ways to go. Judy Kay sold me a sick puppy, who has not been able to be a puppy because of everything he���s gone through. I do not want anyone else to have to suffer like my puppy and I have because she is too ignorant to do anything about it. P.S. She doesn���t give AKC papers because of ���puppy mills, commercial breeders & backyard breeders.��� The AKC website says to be wary of breeders that doesn���t give you papers.     Dr. Kevin Buchanan no longer owns Bowie Drive Animal Hospital. He is a caring, compassionate and excellent veterinarian. We thought we would continue taking our pets to the new owners at Bowie Drive Animal Hospital because they had all of our pets' records, etc. I felt a completely different and a somewhat cool atmosphere when I came in for a refill on one of my pet's prescriptions. The employee that greeted me informed me what all was different and what the new owners would NOT be continuing in the new practice there. The person seemed to be critical of prior practices at Bowie Drive Animal Hospital. I purchased my needed refill and knew that would be my last visit to Bowie Drive Animal Hospital. Dr. Buchanan is an excellent veterinarian and will be greatly missed in Weatherford.

    Upon making and appointment - I had a quick overview about  the specific services that  could be offered.  She is certified for all breed types! (Since I have never had a dog groomer come to my home before.)
    An attractive van promptly arrived that looked professional from the outside to the inside! Complete with trimming table, tub, and grooming tools. (Everything that you'd expect to see at the store.) I could tell It was clean and sanatized ! Which is my big thing.
    I was happily greeted by the groomer! 
    Blue was calm and tail a waggin from the beginning to the end. He always got stresssed going into the groomers. But having the groomer come to me - He was soo happy! And so was I.
    For a first time user of a  Mobile Dog Grooming Service - I'm impressed.
    I definately will be using this service again!

    Came to our home and groomed three large dogs, one being a Aussie with long hair. Trimmed him up and all three felt like velvet. Nails, hair plus undercoats groomed while they were still here on the property. I could just tell they felt better. When you factor in the convenience factor it was well worth the price. That price included tax and our dogs were big, 65 pounds, 63 pounds and one at 48 pounds. I will use them again.

    Dr. Dedwylder has been fantastic, along with the practice. We've been using the clinic for a few months now to handle the mange with our new puppy while getting both our new puppies up to speed with vaccinations. Their costs are comparable to other offices, getting an appointment is simple, and they're always on time. I'd highly recommend the office to anyone in the area. We have yet to try their boarding options, though based on the veterinary services, we'll likely use them when the time comes.

    They handled that very well. We appreciated their professionalism in the way they handled the whole situation. We had taken our dog there for as long as we had her. They are good. They are very knowledgeable. The tech is very good with animals, very calming. The always staff is always very good in answering your questions. If the vet is not available, they are very prompt in having him return calls. I think the pricing is fair. One thing I like about them is that they give senior discounts.

    The sitter was outstanding in punctuality, concern and communication. I received daily text updates as well as a written report. They also collected the mail for me. Very reliable. I will definitely use them again.

    Lyn has been taking care of our pets for years. Most of the time things run smoothly for her however while away for spring break our house sustained a leak in an upstairs bathroom (no fault of Lyn). Lyn received a call from our neighbor and quickly returned to our house to help with the situation throughout the process Lyn kept us informed of the status of the house. lynx was calm under pressure and I am confident that she can handle any situation that arises. I would highly recommend Lyn and her team. One thing that I think is great is that Lyn will tweet pictures of your animals while you are away so that you can see how happy and well taken care of they are.
