    Brazos Movers
We chose Brazos Movers after observing the company loading/unloading moving vehicles at Storehouse Storage, on two separate occasions. They were impressive to watch as well as courteous to unrelated bystanders. From the beginning Manny and Allison gave us a quick estimate and kept us informed to ensure they were available when we were ready to move. On moving day the movers arrived ready to work. They were all professional, polite, courteous and HARD workers. As this move required some distance, Jason kept us informed of their location and ETA via frequent phone conversations. When things went wrong at the drop-off storage facility (from no fault of Brazos Movers) they offered to do whatever was needed to take care of us. They put our needs ahead of all else! They completed the move from two separate locations in Hudson Oaks to two new separate locations in Boerne smoothly and effortlessly. Taking great care of our belongings throughout. These are some amazing hardworking individuals. Our moving team throughout was: Jason, Carl, Kotie and Devin. And Jequan helped load-out. I highly recommend Brazos Movers!

    Super Movers
Three polite & professional guys showed up on time. They were very efficient with their time and came prepared with everything they needed. Not one scratched or broken item from the entire move! They did a wonderful job!

    Big Daddys Moving LLC
From the time I made contact with Big Daddys Moving to the time of having our belongings unloaded, service was great! The owner gave me some background, such as the training given to his employees, which told me he wanted the best moving experience possible. Moving consultant came to our home to assess number of boxes and trucks needed. Then walked me through upcoming process and assured me they would take the best care possible of my belongings. Confirmed with me the day prior of any dates that were set. Absolute total follow-thru. The gentlemen who did the packing and moving were very polite, professional and hard working. Highly recommend Big Daddys Moving.

    Nice Moves - Dallas
The crew was on time and even early, they were courteous and professional the entire time and worked diligently to get the job done in the shortest amount of time possible. They even moved us on their day off because of our scheduling conflict. They were amazing! I would highly recommend Nice Moves to anyone!

    Wrightway Moving Company, LLC
It was okay. I probably wouldn't recommend it. They came and they had extra charges when they got here that I didn't know about. It ended up costing me a lot more than I thought. They were really slow so they didn't get everything put back together. They were late. By the time they got here, they didn't come until 8 o'clock at night because they didn't show up until almost 4. They charged me $90 for driving here. It took an hour. For three hours of moving, they charged me an additional $90. I ended up paying $180 on top of the $210 plus the tape that they used just a little bit off a roll and they charged me $40 for that. I ended up paying them almost $500. There were no boxes. They didn't put back anything together. They didn't inform me of the additional charges. They were late getting here. They were really slow. It took them longer. They really didn't know how to take a few things apart. The kids who came were really nice. They're sweet, young people. They should have informed me of everything upfront. They did a part of it but not all of it. The pricing was average.

    Brazos Movers

You must call Brazos for a moving quote!  They were polite, professional and the hardest workers.  We could never say thank you enough for making the move go so smoothly.  They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied.  The price was fair and even though we called for a very last minute move, the accommodated us.

We will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

    Thanks again Kyler & team!

    New Start Moving
I called New Start Moving to help me with loading my trailer with furniture and boxes I was taking to my daughter in Amarillo.  He said he would come by that evening after his last moving job if that was convenient for me.  And it was!  Talk about speedy service!  Both gentlemen were polite and responsive to my suggestions and requests and got everything packed within an hour.  I had a few items that were quite breakable and didn't have the proper wrapping materials so the owner said he would come back by with the right packing materials and wrap them so nothing would break.  I was very happy with the service, punctuality and manners. I would definitely hire them again and feel comfortable referring them to others that may need local movers.

    New Caney Movers LLC
I cannot say enough good things about them.  We have had several experiences with movers.  They gave me by far, the best moving experience we've had so far.  They were extremely easy to work with.  They were very accommodating.  The all inclusive package included packing up, delivering and cleaning up the house that we moved out of.  The house was spotless!  They charged a fair price that was substantially lower than all others, and all the others did not include packing and cleaning.  They are a family operated business.  Everything was done beautifully and they took great care of our things.  I couldn't ask for anything more.  Everybody was extremely happy and cheerful.  They are just wonderful people.

    Firehouse Movers Inc
My husband and I have been transferred 4 times before this move. His company hires the large moving company's to move their employees. The group of men that Firehouse Movers sent to move us were far better than any of the large moving companies we have ever used. I can say they took exceptional care of our furniture, and went above and beyond protecting walls and wood floors as they moved us in. They were quick also. We mentioned we had bought felt pads to go on the bottom of the furniture and they offered to put it on the feet before they brought each piece in. They padded every piece of our furniture before setting it on the floor. When they left everything was set up and in place. There was not one scratch on furniture or walls. I would highly recommend this company, and we would not hesitate to use them again!!

    [Redacted per DCMA] Van Lines
Here is my detail yelp review --- Stay away.... Do NOT USE...
    3/2/2014
DO NOT USE. Graebel - Blackmails and commits Extortion on Customers.
I would give them ZERO stars if I could.
I am still in the process of moving and at this stage I cannot say
anything good about Graebel Van Lines. Below is my experience to date.
I was transferred from Atlanta Ga to Fort Worth Tx and as part of my
move benefits the company hired Graebel Van Lines to move my household
goods. First Graebel came and packed my household goods. My wife and I
watched them cram things into the boxes without really paying attention
to what the items were. From here my move experience just got worst.
The Graebel moving truck was scheduled to be at my home by 9am. They
did not show up until after 4PM in the afternoon. The movers were at my
home till after midnight packing. I watched them DROP my 60 inch TV
and my tool box. My tool box was on wheels and I told them - Just role
it down to the truck on the wheels but instead they tried to use the
dolly and dropped it because it was too heavy. At this point I am VERY
concerned about the condition of my household goods.
    Now - why
do I say Graebel Blackmails and commits Extortion? The move of my
household goods started out as a corporate move. The company contracted
Graebel, I did NOT. Do to personal and housing issues; I did not
complete the move before the moving benefits expired. Now it is my
responsibility to pay Graebel to move my property from a storage locker
in Arlington TX to my home in Weatherford TX, roughly 40 miles. Graebel
has my property in one of their storage facility because my company
hired them to move it from my home in GA to storage in TX. As a NEW
customer I contacted Graebel to setup delivery of my goods. They sent
me a letter stating it will be $3,200 to deliver my goods.
    I
felt this price was high. I contacted several other moving companies
and got quotes for $1500 to $2000. I then contact Graebel to negotiate a
delivery price. They came back with a higher price $3,400 and stated
that I MUST PAY in FULL before they will deliver. I felt this was
totally unreasonable so I called their customer services. Their
customer services then looked into it and now they have come back with
$3,800. This is TOTALLY insane. One company told me that they could
have moved my house goods from Atlanta GA to Weatherford for only $500
more - $4,300. I also checked with the other companies about paying in
Full. Everyone I talked to would take a deposit and except final
    payment on delivery.
Graebel KNOWS that - I got to use them.
I did not hire them to move me. I do not have a contract with them to
move my goods. They have my property and if I want them to cover the
damaged goods they need to deliver them. I feel at this time that they
are telling me "We have your property and if you want it back, you will
PAY us whatever we want." This is per blackmail. I am also very
concerned if this is the way they treat new customers - how are they
going to be to work with to get all the broken and missing items fixed.
Inclosing - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Once they get your goods,
they will keep raising price and you will have NO Choice to pay, if you
    want your goods back.
That being said - If Graebel would be
willing to negotiate a fair price and support the replacement of goods
lost or broken. I would be willing to raise the star ratings.
    3/5/2014
Update - graeble representative has contacted me and is looking into the issue.
Update 3/6 - Mr Kester the Senior Vice President called me and
discussed my issue. I was very impressed that he took responsibility
for the issue and was very cooperative in settling my problem. My goods
are do for delivery on the 3/17. I will give a follow up review on the
delivery process and how they handle damaged goods. At this time I
feel MUCH more comfortable with Graebel delivering my goods.
    9/5/2014
DO NOT USE - STAY AWAY. Do not want to settle on missing and broken items.
I am taking back my 3 star update and reducing it to 1 star. I was
impressed that after I complained that a Senior Manager would call me to
work out the issue. In the ended, I paid more than I felt was fair. I
did this in order to keep a positive relationship with the senior
manager because I knew that I was going to have broken items do to the
    way my move was handled.
My home goods were delivered on 3/17
and I will say that the team that delivered my goods did a better job
than the loading team. BUT most of the items and boxes went into the
garage, where my wife and I unpacked them. We did this so that we could
    see the condition of everything.
    During the unpacking
process we found several things broken and missing. If the items were
clearly broke - like the tv stand (broken in to 4 parts) Grabel covered
without an issue. The items that are missing or shows no Physical
damage (a Big Screen TV) they will not cover.
    I am being told
that the TV is not covered do to the fact there is no physical damage
and the missing items are not being covered because the move reported
that all boxes were accounted for. Do to the way my move was handled,
those items should be covered because of the following:
    Grabel
is responsible for missing items because they did not Document and
label all boxes. My Wife and I are sure that a box or two was not
tracked due to the RUSH that the movers were loading the truck. The
truck was due at my home at 8 to 9 am. The truck did not arrive at my
home until after 4pm due to the truck having mechanical problems. Once
it got dark, I lost track of what was going on as the movers hurried to
    get done.
I did see them roll my Big screen TV over on its
side, then its top and over to its other side to get it out of the
house over the porch rail. Then drop it onto the yard. This is a BIG
Solid wood cabinet - so it will not show damage easily on the outside
but shaking up the projectors like that is not good. The movers where
at my home after MIDNIGHT loading the truck. In hind sight - when they
arrived after 4pm, I should have canceled them loading the truck that
night and had them come back the next morning....
    The TV was
fully operational before Grabel moved it. I paid over $2000 for that TV
new. I understand that it is older now and not worth what I paid for
it but the TV worked perfect before the move. Now it does not even turn
on - therefore it is Grabels responsibility. I was not asking for the
$2000 but was willing to negotiate as stated in my email to the senior
    manager.
The missing boxes had several items in. One of the
items that we found missing is photo albums of our children. We cannot
put a value on those but because some of the Albums were delivered and
some were not, we are sure that a box or two was not accounted for.
In closing - I contacted the senior manager that was helpful before and
he has failed to respond to my request to negotiate a settlement.
STAY AWAY - the customer should not have to go to Senior management every time and FIGHT to get issues resolved....
