  Overall cleaning went well and looked good. However the technician noted that the carpets had heavy wear and were heavily stained and I disagree. They are in very good condition and the soiling was mainly just normal dirt from everyday walking. There were a few small stains that looked better initially but have returned since then.

  Had to hire another carpet cleaning company and was impressed with how well they were able to clean the carpets. The previous renter had it cleaned but was not cleaned properly. I would recommend Clean Master to anyone as they were efficient with appointment setting and arrived on time.

  Provider arrived within the window of time. He called when he was 15 minutes away. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were quoted a much higher price by a competitor and were very pleased to find this deal on Angie's List. I would highly recommend this company!

  Went great. Showed up on time and professional. Did a great job cleaning carpets. They deodorized which got the carpets smelling better after my dog opens up the doors and p***** in my children's room. The only complaint I have is after the second day the smell came back. They were supposed to guarantee it according to the person that sold it to me, but on the invoice they wrote no guarantee.

  It went great. Ron was punctual, arriving at 8:15am. They said between 8 & 10. I don't see any spots that we had before.  He only charged us $10 to move the heavier furniture. (I had already moved all the smaller stuff from the carpet.) He was very meticulous in doing his job - very professional! Very impressed.

  I called them to set up the appointment and they were able to come out within a few days of my call. Two people came out for the cleaning. We could walk on the carpets instantly afterwards but it took awhile for them to dry. They did a great job overall.

  The owner of the company showed up right on time, put on his shoe covers and did a walk thru of the house.  We talked about what needed to be done, he gave me some recommendations and prices.
  I told him that I only needed 3 rooms cleaned, he gave me an exact $ amount again and after I gave him the go-ahead he went straight to work.  He moved some of the furniture and some he did not but that was ok with me.  He would have moved it all if I had needed him to.  He was very polite and professional as he went about his work.  I would definetely use them again.

  • Doesn't have a happier ending than that
