Remodeling Kitchen And Bath reviews in Waxahachie

Josh and his crew did a great job is transforming our entire kitchen. This was the first time we had done a remodel project, so we were a little anxious about the project, an our kitchen being out of commission. Josh and his crew did a great job and the project went smoothly overall. As with any project, there were a couple of delays; however, the wait was definitely worth it. We LOVE our new open kitchen! We appreciate Josh's attention to detail and thorough communication with us and the subs during the entire project. Josh's crew and his subs were very professional and I appreciate their work and time they spent to complete their jobs so the next sub can get their work done. We definitely recommend Links for anyone needing a contractor that does quality work.

Fred Webb Remodeling has not completed agreed work on remodeling kitchen and bathrooms. Tile work is very bad had to hire another contractor to redo master shower, shower pan would leak($$$). Complained about interior walls, ceiling, base board and the painting subcontractor's poor performance painting cabinets and had trash in finish, this has been over twelve weeks and still not resolved. Fred Webb Remodeling has not completed 50% of punch list and/or any attempts to resolve issues. This contractor does not have regular subcontractors and does not understand the aesthetic of remodeling finish work. Fred Webb has not responded to all attempts for correcting poor workmanship.

The work we requested to have done exceeded our expectations in regards to the quality of the cabinets, appearance of the final product, professionalism of the salesman, design team, and installer. Also, the time frame quoted for the final completion of our kitchen project was on target. Scott (no last name), our installer, was very professional and friendly. At first, my wife and I were skeptical because he was the only person doing the kitchen remodel. After his second day on the job, we realized that our kitchen remodel project was in good hands. He is also a perfectionist in his work and has a high attention to detail. He completely demolished our old kitchen, rerouted all the wiring for the electrical outlets and light switches, rerouted all the plumbing for the sink, dishwasher, and disposal, installed the new cabinets, pantry and island, put up the new stone back splash, installed all of our new appliances , i.e. refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and faucet, stove, overhead microwave, fine tuned all the cabinet hinges, and installed all of the cabinet handles and drawer knobs. Approximately every other day or so, Scott's supervisor would show up to check on the progress and ask if I had any questions. Statewide Remodeling uses the highest quality materials. As their salesman told us, "We may cost a little more than other remodeling companies, but it's because we're the best. We do the job right the first time, so the homeowner doesn't have to keep calling back requesting service or repairs. His statement was true. Scott was a jack of all trades, and was easily able to meet the completion time quoted. If anyone reading this decides to use Statewide Remodeling for their kitchen remodeling project, request Statewide Remodeling to send Scott. You won't be disappointed.

Carlos was a great help in selecting the stone & tile for the job. My wife selected an exotic (quartzite) stone that is notably difficult to work with, but Carlos' team of professionals were meticulous in every aspect of the work, and the result was a perfect finished product. Their attention to detail and quality work is exceptional. I most highly recommend the company to anyone.

They told us they would come to do an estimate but never did. We called again and was told the same and nothing still, NO communication. It would be nice to tell us that they don't need more jobs of our size or not interested, too typical of TEXAS dealing!

We have been in the house for a year and a half and have already begun to see the paint peel off of parts of the house. It was coming off in sheets. It looked as if it hadn't been primed. When we were experiencing record rainfall, the bathroom ceiling began leaking water. Upon further inspection by a roofer, we found that there was a hole in the board under the shingles. It looked as if the old vent from the bathroom was moved to a different location. Instead of replacing the entire board, they just created a new vent hole and covered up the old hole with shingles. Nothing was put in place to keep water out.. Water was leaking through the roof and onto the insulation and bathroom ceiling. When we were in the process of buying the house, we had asked that the roof be replaced since it looked as if it had not been updated. We were told that he had very limited funds left to spend on the house and that the roof had been inspected by a reputable roofer. It was found to be okay. Paperwork was requested from the "reputable roofer," but was never provided. We were told that they were only going to replace parts of the roof that needed the most work. Apparently, the bathroom area was either completely overlooked or just knowingly covered up. Someone had to know about the hole since they removed what used to be there.

Another issue we have had to deal with is the breakers going out in the kitchen, and both bedrooms. Anytime we had the microwave running, we had to cross our fingers that the power wouldn't go out. We will have to have an electrician come out to inspect and see what needs to be done to fix this issue.

I wouldn't be so upset if I didn't pay over $100 a square foot for this little house. It is a big investment to make to get shoddy work. I assumed that this house would be done with the same quality and care that was taken with their other restorations. I would never recommend this company to anyone in need of painting, roofing, or restoration work. The one good thing about the company...the 8 foot fence they installed is still standing and in good condition.

It was great. Mary came out and walked us through the entire process. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. It was a little more than expected but that's why it's called an estimate. We redid the entire guest bath to make it useable. Look forward to the next project.

B R Construction Services completely remolded our 2 bathrooms and kitchen this summer. . This was our first remodel and we really didn't know what to expect. Bryant walked us through the entire process and gave us lots of recommendations of styles and colors.   It all goes together wonderfully and we Love our new home. The entire crew were all very professional and we felt completely comfortable with them in our home. Our only regret was not doing it sooner. Now we are planning to have them replace all of our windows next year.

They did a great job. They just had an expertise. The work that they did was just good. They were professional in what they did. They did what they were supposed to do. The only thing that was not really good is being on time. Price wise they were very reasonable. They were punctual sometimes, but sometimes they were not. When I called, most of the time he responded, so that was fine.
