My phone calls were all returned promptly, they kept me updated as to arrival time, and performed excellent work. These are very honest, trustworthy and nice folks to work with. I highly recommend them for any glass work (and I usually don't write reviews).

I have been very happy with Hub Hyundai's service and professionalism. You can get a loaner car if you get in real early. I didn't need one this time, but the time before I did so I didn't have to sit at the dealership to wait for the service to be done.

The stumbling problem we had previous to the service was solved; however, the day we got the car back, we heard an obvious exhaust leak and felt a vibration in the car. When we took the car back to A+, the manager said it was just a flange clamp and they would have to drop the transmission to fix it, but we knew that the transmission needn't be dropped to get to the exhaust system.  Additionally, there was a leak from the transmission pan, which A+ said was "residual oil."  They exhibited a lack of exhaust system knowledge and an unprofessional, sloppy attitude, which caused us to lose confidence in their knowledge and ability to fix the exhaust problem.  We subsequently took the car to an exhaust repair specialist and they found and documented that during the transmission service, the catalytic converter flange was stressed, causing it to crack, AND that the oxygen sensor wiring was pulled, causing the wiring insulation to separate creating a potential for an electrical short, which would compromise the ability of the oxygen sensor to function.  We had to replace the catalytic converter and the oxygen sensor, for a cost of $1,060.54.  Then we took the car to a different transmission service company where they discovered that the transmission oil pan was overfilled, and that the pan's gasket needed replacing; neither of which should have occurred by a competent  transmission specialist.  That repair cost us an additional $97.37.  My husband took the written documentation from both the exhaust repair company and the second transmission repair company, plus the old catalytic converter and the oxygen sensor  to A+ Transmission Specialist and asked that they reimburse us for these additional repairs since they caused them.  They refused, saying that they could have welded the catalytic converter for $100, something that the muffler shop strongly disagreed with because a) that area was a high-stress point, and b) there wasn't enough metal left at that point to successfully repair.

    UPDATE:
David misrepresents a couple of facts: 1) I brought the car in on 5/14 at 8 a.m., not, as David claims, 9 a.m., because by prior agreement with him, I intended to wait the 2 hours for the car to cool plus whatever time it took for them to work on it.  They are open until noon on Saturday, and I was prepared to wait while it was repaired. 2) When they said they would have to drop the transmission again to repair the damage, which they couldn?t determine that day, it became obvious to me that they didn?t understand how to deal with exhaust system repairs.  Rather than risk further damage to our car, I decided to take it to an exhaust system specialist.  So Dave?s claim that I made an appointment to return on 5/20 is false.    I saw no reason to ?get permission? from David to take my car elsewhere, and am glad we did because Midas identified and documented the damage caused by A+ Transmission.  When I returned to A+ and showed them the documented report and the actual damaged catalytic converter and O2 sensor, their mechanic said he could have had the catalytic converter welded for $100.  If that had been done, 3 things would have eventually happened: 1) the converter would have failed again at some future date,  2) the O2 sensor would have eventually completely failed and caused the ?check engine light? to come on, which would have resulted in expensive detective work to track down its cause, and 3) we would not have been able to pass the state inspection.
