  • They removed a screw from a brand new tire I purchased. However they did not replace the tire and I have road side assistance with them. That was not a professional experience, but overall they are good.

  • Mr. Burke took the time to do the job completely and correctly and I have been satisfied with the work that was done. One of the oxygen sensors was stripped upon removal, so I purchased a replacement and had him install it as well.

  • After being worked on by another reputable shop in town and still having problems I decided to visit D&M. A friend has used this shop for years and highly recommended them. The folks at D&M took the time to troubleshoot and correct multiple issues and test the unit several times. Cold air blows every time I need it now! Excellent shop with knowledgeable, courteous and professional people. I am 100% satisfied with the work performed and the fair price they charged. I brought my truck back to D&M this week to repair a coolant leak and service the brakes, transmission and rear end. They provide a wide range of services.

  • It was included in my extended warranty. This last trip was not good, I would rate them a ?C?. I didn?t have an appointment, so I understood that I was going to be waiting for a little while, but the sub- visor said he would see where we are and I had to come to the counter several times. It ended up taking up my whole morning. I was there about 8:00 am, I was still not done at about 11:30 am, and I actually had to get a ride from a friend of mine, because the services were not done.



    It felt like you were forgotten, but then again, I didn?t have an appointment, so I understand the longer wait time. But again, just to check in every so often, at least tell me where we are in the process, if we are 50% there, or 70% there, or if there was going to be even more of a delay.

  • Through the years I've gone to Gillman Honda. I give their maintenance low ratings. I've gone back to them, they seem they may have recovered but I've had to take my car back repeatedly. I think Gillman Honda gives substandard maintenance. Maybe they've changed but for over a five year period, I kept having problems with them. They did fine on an oil change. I'm talking about a five year period. i quit going to them for a year. I went back because I have problems with other dealers. Maybe they have improved but from about 2010-2015, I give them a C. Two months ago they did very good. Maybe I will use them again. I'm leaning more towards yes.

  • delivery driver told him that tha tires he received were what he was told to  deliver. No other explanationThe following day, when i arrived for the installation, the Manager stated that the tires he had ordered were not the one one's delivered. The delivered tires were also Goodyear, but a higher cost tire, and my cost then was a little over one hundred dollars more than the agreed price. His explanation was the driver of the delivery truck told him those were the tires he was supposed to deliver. No other explanation was given, nor was any other option mentioned.. I refused the higher price and left. 

        I feel that the price t he manager gave me was less than he should have given and  t he  explanation  he gave was his way out.

        Although I still have two oil changes left on the certificate I bought, I will not be returning to Ken's Goodyear on Austin Highway in San Antonio .

  • There customer service was outstanding, I showed up without an appointment around lunch time and they guaranteed the vehicle would be looked at by the following  day to determine exact issues base on information I provided and estimated cost.  Around 3 that same day the vehicle had been expected and estimated provided.  The only thing I went there for initially was the radiator and based on there inspection the pulley required replacing and was included in the cost.  The vehicle was ready the next day by 2 PM.  Vehicle has worked perfectly.  To top off the experience we received a thank you card in the mail from the entire team thank us for coming to their shop.

  • If you can help it, do not waste your time going to Jomar Automotive in Universal City, TX. The guy was a complete a-hole. I wanted nothing more than a state inspection done on my vehicle and I parked behind a vehicle I thought was in line. The guy told me to never park there again, quoted me a price, and walked out. I went out and told him "you don't have to be so rude about it" and he said excuse me? I said it again.. "You don't have to be so rude", he then smirked at me and I told him I'll find somewhere else to get my inspection. I started to walk and away and he said " come back here, I'm not through with you!" I kept walking and he said "Tell all of your friends about it too!" So here I am, putting the word out. Guy is a jerk, don't waste your hard earned money on this place.

  • The fine folks of Pyramid Auto have serviced all my vehicles since 2008--this was after poor experience at Meineke, and other local auto service facilities.  I ALWAYS have and will recommend Pyramid to all friends, families and coworkers.  I'll continue sending my enemies to Meineke ;)
    Additional Ratings:
    Facility:   A - cleanest garage I have been to in my life.  You might normally attribute cleanliness to lack of business, but I can attest that the folks at Pyramid are efficient, organized and extremely neat.
    Interaction:   A - ALL questions answered, honestly.  When I asked about buying tires, Pyramid recommended another dealer that would offer a better rate (I'm military).

  • Needed to have the brake pads replaced on my 2006 Nissan Sentra. Was planning on going to one of the local brake places, but found Ceasar on Angie's List and since he would come to my house to perform the services and he had great ratings figured I'd give him a try.  Man am I glad I did.  I contacted him through email and also talked to him on the phone.  He was very courteous and professional.  He told me exactly what it would cost (barring any problems) and how long it would take.  Ceasar showed up about 10 minutes early and was in uniform and was very clean, polite, and professional (if you have ever dealt with mechanics you know that that is not the norm).  Anyway, he did not have all the parts that he needed to complete the work (not his fault - my car did not have the calipers that the manual showed).  He wasn't upset at all, he just ran to the store and got the part he needed.  In all, he was done in just about an hour and the price was exactly as he quoted me on the phone.  No surprises or trying to sell me something extra.  So, since the price of the pads was probably about $45 I paid Ceasar $100 to come to my house and do the work for me...Heck yeah!  Highly recommend him for your next brake job.
