Excellent. The technicians are always prompt, courteous, and are thorough in their evaluation of the unit.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The recent work was to have the heating unit checked for the winter. We have used AireSmith for the past 20+ years and the company installed our current HAVC unit several years ago. We also contracted to have both a Spring and Fall maintenance on our unit. The technicians are always prompt, courteous, and are thorough in their evaluation of the unit.

Very bad service! The person who came to do the service claimed we needed a New compressor and some other parts that had just been replaced. It turned out that he did not notice that a wire had come loose! I spoke to the owner and told him that I would pay $400. and I would not allow any of his workers to enter my property again. He accepted the offer. A friend who is a Federal Judge advised me to ignore the bill.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I paid for semiannual inspection. The unit was working fine. A few days later, the unit started to leak. It was under warranty and I was told that a drip pan was leaking. A man came out and tried to fix the leak to no avail. It was stated that the warranty repair would take 2 men 4hours each to change the pan. The work was finished in 1 hour and they tried to charge me over $800.for labor. I was shown the defective pan and it was obvious that the rim was pushed in until it cracked at the base. Since the damage occurred during the service call, I can only conclude that it was intentional.

It did not go well at all. Very unprofessional; one of the workers constantly complained about the schedulers and management. it took twice as long for them to finish the job.
