    Soups Transport was fantastic! Just what I needed! They were a lovely family operation and they were quick, accommodating, careful and very professional. I needed someone to help me move about 7 pieces of furniture from my mom���s house into her apartment at assisted living. Soups Transport was perfect for the job. I took a great picture but don���t see a way to post it!

    Overall, C & C did a great job, and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs moving help. We were scheduled for 1:30, and when reached by phone stated they were running late on the previous job and would be there at 3:30. This minor issue was the only one. They arrived right at 3:30, and very efficiently loaded and unloaded the contents of one home into the other. They were professional, pleasant, and helpful throughout. 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete the entire job.

    It went great! The men were a little early, very friendly and knew what they were doing, but best of all they were very fast. There were four men and a large truck so all of my things fit nicely. When I find my new home I will hire them again.

    When I called the office to get prices, the owner stated that it would be $90/hour with a two hour minimum, but that since I had Angie's list coupon it would be $85/hour with 2 hour minimum. We had budged for 4 hours - $340.00. She also stated that she takes cash, debit or credit cards - but that if we used a card there would be a 3% transaction fee, which I informed her was illegal in Texas unless you are a government agency. When the men arrived they gave me paperwork with $85/hour. But ALSO a $125 service charge that was never mentioned. I was ready to send them on their way because, I do numbers for a living, and my husband, boss, co-workers, friends and family will tell you that there is no way I "forgot" $125.00! I have seen at least one other review now where the client says they also were not told of this service fee until the van arrives. My husband was ready to get this move done - so we went ahead and agreed. I will say the three men that did our move were very hard working and stopped only a few times to get a drink of water - which they really needed to do. No time was wasted. I told them we needed to pull out by a certain time, and they were ready to go right on time! I can't say enough good things about the workers - but the owner is a crook. Will never deal with this company again. Had I been told about the service charge, then I would have been able to make an informed decision - not be held over the barrel. Do not trust this company.

    VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

    I  called Sav-On-moving  on July 21, 2015 to get a quote and secure a moving date and time. I told the lady that I had one bedroom set to be moved to the storage. I told was told it would be $85per hour and the minimum was two hours. I was told that it would be $25 for 4 or more stairs. I told her that I only had 3 steps on my porch. I told her that I would not need two hours. I was told that it would extra if I had extra heavy items (examples, weight machines, exercise machines, etc.) I told her that I did not have any of those things. So they came on  July 22, 2015 @ 8am. They where finished by 8:37am. I was then told that I owed them $195.00. I told the movers that was not what I was told it would be. I was told that it would be $85.00. I was then told that  she (the lady working in their office/answering their calls) does know what they do. So I asked him why was she answering their phone, asking you about steps, etc and giving out quotes? No Answer...
    I tried calling the lady and surprise no answer. One of the movers told me that it was standard moving cost. I was charged for stairs ($25) and I only had 3 steps. And for a long hall (which was NEVER mentioned during call).
    I paid them and called the lady back. She told me that their must have been a misunderstanding. I told her that if it was, it was not on my part. I asked all of the questions that I needed answers to. I received the day, time and price that I was on with ($85). I told her that I had used them before to move me and there where no problems. I had recommended them to several people, but NEVER AGAIN. She told me good and never to use them again. I told her that my sister had an appointment set for them to move her. The lady hung up on me (real professional) I called my sister and let her know what happened to me and to cancel her appointment...And she did...
    I turned a complaint in to the BBB and wrote a review on yelp and on here.
    I makes no sense to me how people can do people this way and live with themselves.
    GET YOUR QUOTE IN WRITTING FROM THEM because their word means NOTHING!!!

    Great job.  I want to remove a previous negative report that I submitted on this vendor.  There was a communication error that was out of the vendors control  that was resolved.  They did a great job and I would hire them again. They were nice to work with and did a everything arrived in great condition.

    PODS Moving and Storage
    They delivered the storage container on time. They are very punctual and friendly. The container was clean and able to hold quite a bit of our household items. The container was picked up by PODS once it was filled with items from our home, once again in a very punctual manner. We are away from the area for a long period of time, and needed a place to store our items. Unlike some PODS facilities we have heard of, the Tyler PODS storage facility is professional and an asset to the Tyler area! The manager, Steve, is a man of his word. Have confidence in dealing with them!

    Mr. T's Moving and Hauling
    The three individuals showed up with the two trucks as planned. Within the first 30 minutes, the police showed up at my house looking for one of the men, and he had to leave with them to resolve an issue. I then had two individuals that continued loading up the trucks. Obviously this change increased the number of hours it took to load my contents. When the trucks were loaded, the 3rd man showed up again and we drove over to my new home.
    At the new home when unloading they took my beds up and over the banister on the upper level. When they did the first one, I saw them leverage it against the banister can loosen it. I called their attention to it and they shook the banister, it was visibily loose and said "it should have that leway, it's fine". I repeated that it was not that way, and no it wasn't fine.
    When the work was completed, they gave me the rate. Again I brought up the issue with the banister. They said I would have to work with the owner on that. I also brought up the number of hours it took, since I was down one person. They didn't make any adjustments to the price based on that and told me I could talk to the owner on that  too.
    I contacted the owner the following week. He said he'd send someone out to look at the banister. The person he sent said he had not experience with banisters and didn't want to attempt to fix it. He said he'd report that back to the owner.
    It has been six months and after repeated calls to the owner, my issue is still unresolved and I have never been reimbursed for being down one person on the job.

    3 Men Movers
    I have moved many times in the past and this was the worst move yet.  The moving company's employees were not careful with my items and thus there was much damage.  I spent a lot of time packing and labeling each box to help make the move easier. Each box was labeled with the contents and whether the box was to go to storage or the apartment.  Most ended up in the wrong place and many were placed in the garage.  After arrival at my new location as the furniture was brought in the apartment I pointed out some of the damage to the employee in charge and his remarks were "just bill us".  Even though I have contacted the M & M Movers there has been no response, repairs or replacement of my $400 mixer.
