  The work was completed as requested and on budget. We were very satisfied with the results. Our family has enjoyed gathering and cooking in our new kitchen. Many summer days have been spent in the cabana watching children swim. I would recommend Tony for any project.

  Tony was so professional. He always kept in touch with me thru the process and let me know exactly when he would be there. The day that they started Tony came and brought Mario so he could introduce him to me. Mario was very professional and I never felt uncomfortable with him in my home. Although I had a few days that I was unavailable Tony worked around my schedule to get the job finished. I am so glad that I went thru Angies List and found Ratliff Painting and Repair. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family and will call them with any further jobs that I need done. Thanks again, Tony!!

  This is my second time having work done by Ratliff, and I'm always happy with the results. Tony and his team are helpful and flexible with my busy schedule, and are punctual and reliable. We're halfway done with the current project (I.e. interior is done and we're painting the exterior of our house next) and I would (and do) recommend Ratliff P&R to anyone looking to have a project completed.

  Alejandro Sanchez Remodeling

  I contacted Alejandro Sanchez Remodeling to get a quote for a LOT of painting I needed done. They came out the next day at the time they said they would, gave me a time frame for work completion, and a very reasonable quote for all the work I needed done: painting all the gutters around my house, the exterior walls of my sunroom, all of my indoor walls, and my kitchen cabinents! Every day they arrived when they said they would, worked hard all day, and stayed in contact with me regarding how and what they were doing and were extremely polite every single time we talked:) When they finished, they gave me time to look everything over to make sure I was completely satisfied before they left and even gave me a few tips on how to make my own future attempts at painting things easier, but.... I am positive nothing I can do will come close to the wonderful and detailed work they provided! Alejandro Sanchez Remodeling gets all A's from me!!!

  Write down everything that is said and keep notes on what was told. Was given a month in advance notice of remodel date, owner was completely unorganized. We were to have a tile guy come in and a plumber, those were booked by the owner last minute. You'd figure that with the month notice, everything would be set. Came in and did work for about 2-3 hours per day, took a total of two and a half weeks to finish a small bathroom remodel. Owner stated he'd come in on some days, then wouldn't show up. With the new shower faucet that was installed, it is really loose. I informed owner and his response was that its normal for it to be that loose. Lastly, a toilet was installed........ it was very jiggly. Brought it to owners attention and was accused that someone in our household must have broke it because while he was there it worked....... Then stated he'd come in and fix it, never heard back from him and he never came to fix the issues. DO NOT hire Adam... There are so many flaws with the bathroom remodel that its not even funny, especially coming from a "professional". The pictures below are what took a week to do, which consisted of taking down the direct to stub shower wall, texturize the wall and paint it white!

  Tony and his guys did an AMAZING job! Let me start by saying we originally hired another company to make repairs and they did a downright AWFUL job....it was so bad that we had to turn around and hire Tony to fix all the repairs. His guy did an AMAZING job. Always on time, very friendly (especially with my son who wanted to help him so bad...and he did)..but most importantly he did not take any short cuts. He removed the bad hardwood flooring and laid new hardwood floors in the living room and the job was so seamless that you can not tell where he put the new stuff....I mean the hardwood floor repair was done PERFECT! The deck was partially redone... again excellent craftsmanship. And the fence (tree fell on it) was rebuilt and looks amazing. I seriously could not be happier with Tony and his guys! I don't care how big or little the job is in the future we will only be using Tony. Excellent service. Excellent work. Highly recommended!

  Everything worked out great! The carpentery is fabulous and the paint looks wonderful. The workers were incredibly nice and cleaned all messes they may have made. I would definitely use Tony Ratliff Remodeling again.
