When I called the office to get prices, the owner stated that it would be $90/hour with a two hour minimum, but that since I had Angie's list coupon it would be $85/hour with 2 hour minimum. We had budged for 4 hours - $340.00. She also stated that she takes cash, debit or credit cards - but that if we used a card there would be a 3% transaction fee, which I informed her was illegal in Texas unless you are a government agency. When the men arrived they gave me paperwork with $85/hour. But ALSO a $125 service charge that was never mentioned. I was ready to send them on their way because, I do numbers for a living, and my husband, boss, co-workers, friends and family will tell you that there is no way I "forgot" $125.00! I have seen at least one other review now where the client says they also were not told of this service fee until the van arrives. My husband was ready to get this move done - so we went ahead and agreed. I will say the three men that did our move were very hard working and stopped only a few times to get a drink of water - which they really needed to do. No time was wasted. I told them we needed to pull out by a certain time, and they were ready to go right on time! I can't say enough good things about the workers - but the owner is a crook. Will never deal with this company again. Had I been told about the service charge, then I would have been able to make an informed decision - not be held over the barrel. Do not trust this company.

    Mr. T's Moving and Hauling
The three individuals showed up with the two trucks as planned. Within the first 30 minutes, the police showed up at my house looking for one of the men, and he had to leave with them to resolve an issue. I then had two individuals that continued loading up the trucks. Obviously this change increased the number of hours it took to load my contents. When the trucks were loaded, the 3rd man showed up again and we drove over to my new home.
At the new home when unloading they took my beds up and over the banister on the upper level. When they did the first one, I saw them leverage it against the banister can loosen it. I called their attention to it and they shook the banister, it was visibily loose and said "it should have that leway, it's fine". I repeated that it was not that way, and no it wasn't fine.
When the work was completed, they gave me the rate. Again I brought up the issue with the banister. They said I would have to work with the owner on that. I also brought up the number of hours it took, since I was down one person. They didn't make any adjustments to the price based on that and told me I could talk to the owner on that  too.
I contacted the owner the following week. He said he'd send someone out to look at the banister. The person he sent said he had not experience with banisters and didn't want to attempt to fix it. He said he'd report that back to the owner.
It has been six months and after repeated calls to the owner, my issue is still unresolved and I have never been reimbursed for being down one person on the job.

ICANN moving was prompt, had plenty of workers who knew what they were doing.  Elijah addressed all of our needs, moving large copier, large safe and providing packing on an as needed basis.  Packing was needed at the last minute and he had a well organized crew there very quickly.  They were willing to work with me any way that I  wanted.  They moved some pretty awkward lawn furniture as well. They had plenty of equipment, vehicles and crew to do the job quickly and efficiently. The 3 men who moved the safe were awesome.  They put it down right where I had it marked to go.  I believe the man responsible for the crew while Elijah was not there was Clarence.  He was very good and professional.  His crew was the same.  They were all friendly and helpful.  Most noticeable was that they stayed busy and there was very little wasted effort or time.  Would use them again anytime.

All the movers were very kind and professional - GREAT attitudes! They were a bit late due to a flat tire, but were able to pull through and get me moved in time for some afternoon appointments despite the  minor setback. Nothing was broken or scratched during the move - they wrapped everything with blankets and stretch wrap. I was VERY impressed and would defiantly recommend them to anyone moving and would use them again in the future (although hopefully I won't have to move again for a while)

My experience with Icann Moving was a very pleasant experience. These guys really know there stuff. There staff is very respectfull and understanding to your needs. This company moved our 3500sq.ft home from Tyler to San Antonio. The companies manager Elijah came in and gave me a quote before the move to insure that it was going to be in our budget. It was a little high at first but he then told me that they have connection through Uship and was able to lower our cost by $500. We were very empressed. There movers came in there uniforms on time and ready to work, they did'nt waist a minute getting started. They wrapped all of our belongings just like they say that they would. Thanks Movers and Packers for all the Hard work!!!

When talking with them, they didn't have a big enough truck to haul what I needed hauled, which was  10 cubic yards of material.  He was able to give me the name and number of another company with a truck big enough to handle what I needed.  If I needed some smaller hauling done, I would definitely contact them again.

    Matlock Trucking
Things could not have gone better.  I called Nathaniel at Matllock Trucking on Wednesday, Feb 6, after another company didn't show up the previous day with the agreed upon delivery.  I told Nathaniel what I needed, 10 cubic yards of the compost.  He said that he could pick it up the next morning and would call me when he was in the area of the facility so I would have a better idea of the time he would be delivering the compost.  I asked if he wanted me to prepay for the material itself, and he said that he would get the complete payment when he arrived.
He called me Thursday morning when he was outside of Jacksonville on the way to the site.  He picked up the material and was here about an hour later.  He split the dump of the load into 2 separate areas as I asked, and climbed into the bed of the truck and made sure that he swept all of the material out of the truck so I didn't miss anything.  He then cleaned up the street where some of the material fell out of the truck.
Nathaniel was very professional and did a great job at the agreed upon price, which I felt was reasonable.  The entire process could not have been any easier.
I would highly recommend Nathaniel if you need material hauled.

My father and I chopped down a bamboo forest out of my backyard.  It was stacked up at least 4 feet deep and 20 feet across.  Many of the stalks were 40 ft long.  I called these guys on Saturday afternoon, and they showed up in twenty minutes.  Once we agreed on the price, Eldridge had three guys and two trailers there in another 20 minutes.  These guys worked very hard and loaded up the bamboo for two hours.  Once it was loaded, they cleaned up the debris and blew off my driveway.  They went above and beyond.  I will call them anytime I need anything hauled away.
