    Danielson III, Dr. Guy
I have been going to him since 1996 for my back problem.  He has been on the National News.  I had an appointment with him one time and they had to postpone it for a couple of weeks because he had to fly to another country to do an emergency surgery.  He has invented a couple of the new things that they put in people, the flexible steel disc and all that.  He is an excellent surgeon.  He is very punctual and worth it.  He and his partners built the Spine and Joint Hospital in Tyler.  They have got two professional chefs to do all the cooking, and the place is clean.  I saw his P.A. two months ago and I have got to go back to fit things.  I have to see him for my six-month last surgery on 29th May.  He explains the surgery pretty well.  He is very friendly.  He is really smart, but he is down-to-earth at the same time.  He is an all-round kind of guy.  With regard to punctuality, for a 11 o’clock appointment, I couldn’t get in there until 2 o’clock.  The staff are friendly, but sometimes things don’t get passed on very well.

    Rogers, Dr. William B.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rogers for several years now. Without a doubt, he is one of the most caring and competent physicians I have ever known. As other reviewers here have mentioned, he will work with your other physicians to find the root cause(s) of your mental health issues, which may also encompass various hormonal imbalances. His staff is very friendly and his office conveniently located near Broadway Square Mall.

    Rogers, Dr. William B.
He listens really well and very personable. He tries to get your family involved and does a family group so they have a better understand of what is going on. He also works on getting you the right medication, as needed. He's a good Christian man. He's doesn't keep you waiting, so that's nice.

    Jerry Bettinger MD
It's never a good thing when you feel like crying in frustration after stepping out of a doctor's office, but that's how my exam with Dr. Bettinger ended. Having lived for several years with a myriad of neurological symptoms, I was referred to Dr. Bettinger in an attempt to get a diagnosis for what was wrong with me. I carefully explained my medical history, the results of the numerous tests I had taken, the symptoms I was presently experiencing, and the fact that a previous neurologist in another state suspected I might have Multiple Sclerosis. Dr. Bettinger and his nurse performed a couple of fairly simple tests before declaring that nothing was wrong with me. He focused on only one of my many symptoms (tingling in my left hand. He completely ignored that I said I was having tingling on my entire left side) and declared that the reason I was experiencing it was due to hyperventilation (I don't hyperventilate. Never have.) He also stated that I couldn't have Multiple Sclerosis because it always presents the same way in his patients. Apparently, he's never read anything put out by the National MS Society which states that it presents differently in people and ultimately winds up affecting those who have it differently. Essentially, I wasted an hour of my time and $300 on a quack. I recommend avoiding him at all costs!

He listens well and works with you. If he sees underlying problems he will work with any other doctors you have to help with the psychiatry. He is very prompt and he is a good doctor.
