    Stewarts Donnybrook Automotive
Done quickly and completed sooner than promised. Price was much cheaper than quoted at dealership. Actually, it was a bit cheaper than I was quoted when first checking on the cost. I would recommend Stewart's to anyone and plan on using them for any future needs.

There's no better shop in SMITH County. I think Crystal ad all the guys in the shop are great. I've spent thousands with them on a plethora of vehicles. I have absolutely trust in them and love doing business with them all! I'm a dealer and count on them to do the job right the first time and at a fair price.

It didn't cost me anything. I haven't had any major maintenance work that I have to have done. I don't have any difficulties with them. I knew more than they thought I knew and I called them on it. They got me out of there really quick. They're fine. They do a good work. I called them and they had me on the next morning.

I took the car to have clutch fork replaced, they said it was slave cylinder and hose, after I had to go buy them the problem was the clutch fork, they I also bought front axel seals the were to replace when the transmission was out, because the left one was leaking. They put the new seals in the back seat of the car, now they damaged the right side seal so it leaking worse than the left. They also damaged the pilot bearing and charged me 70.00 to replace it. They stripped 3 bolts reassembling the car with impact wrench, and did not repair them.

I ended up using the wrong key. Because of this, they did not charge me anything. They were very honest. They could have charged me for the diagnostic service but they did not. They are a family owned business and very professional. They have worked on 3 of my other vehicles over the past. The price is always great, they are always quick, professional, and their shop is super clean. As a woman, it is great to find an automotive place I can trust. I have recommended them to my sister and my friend's daughters as well. I would recommend them to anyone in the future!

They got it finished quickly and I have not had any problems with the work. They are always friendly, listen and discuss the problems with me, and furnish a ride if I need it. I recommend them to all my friends.

The plastic splatter cover under the engine had torn and was partially hanging down. It scraped on the street in low places and made a horrible, ghetto sound. The technicians interrupted what they were doing to pull my car in and put some clips on the broken places so that it would stay in place. i drove home with no noise!
While I was there I got a quote on replacing the part and it sounded very reasonable. Also, the paint has flaked off my hood (2010 Hyundai Sonata--beware!) and they gave me a very reasonable estimate for repainting it. When we have this work done I will definitely return to Specialty Auto Body.

Staff was punctual, thorough, professional.  Explained findings carefully. Wait time was minimal for services performed. Waiting room comfortable with available refreshments and reading materials. Chairs comfortable. Very good experience - will definitely be a regular customer.

The day before leaving for vacation the oil change icon came on in my new car.  I had used KwikKar for 12 years for my previous car, so I did not hesitate to go there for a quick oil change.

The tech told me that new Hondas only use synthetic oil. When I paid the price was double  oil changes on my old car. Once home I checked the manual and read that synthetic oil MAY be used not Must be used. I never expected this dishonesty from KwikKar.

Of course, I can not trust them now and will never go there again.

Apparently, it is very common in our van as well but not common enough and yet for the recall. They are trustworthy, punctual, work with you on and off, call you anything and talk to you about what really needs to be done and what you maybe hold off.
