    appliance tech from Riprock Appliance came out and checked washer but did not find a problem with the washer and suggested I call Choice Home Warranty for a referral for a plumber, which they did. Plumber from East Texas Plumbing Co. came out the next day and unclogged the stopped drain. Everything was handled very quickly and my washer was good to go. Excellent service by all.

    It went good as far as Raney was concerned. The washer was not fixable. They told us up right away that parts for our model was near impossible to find and the cost of repair would approach the cost of buying a new one. They showed us exactly what was broken. They tried to find some aftermarket parts, but were not successful. We appreciated their being upfront with us and not trying to hit us with an unrealistic repair bill. They only charged us a trip charge which was more than fair.

    Not well, and only because he couldn't tell me what it was coming out or where it was coming from, which resulted in my washing machine not being fixed. The technician was so nice though and he spent about 2 hours or a little more taking the machine apart and trying to figure out the problem. He sincerely apologized for not being able to find the problem and told us he would not charge us for his time.

    Repairman showed up when they said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered and when it arrived the repairman again arrived at the scheduled appointment and did the repair. Price wasn't cheap, but was what I expected. I've used this company before with excellent results. Will use again.

    The technician was awesome, but the office staff needs to get their act together. They were supposed to call me to let me know when the part would be in, so the appointment to replace it could be scheduled, and they never called. I had to call them to see what was going on.

    It was unfixable because they no longer made the parts. It was like 20 plus years old. I was satisfied with what they attempted to do for me. On the dryer, he did replace one part, but then, another part broke. I was happy with the service we got. I did not pay much for the fan belt or something. I stand behind Sears. I would use them again if I ever need them if they are still in business.

    We shopped around and East Texas Refrigeration gave us the best price on a high-efficiency Trane air conditioning system.  The installers were professional, courteous and left our home spotlessly clean.  I received my bill in about two week and paid it online through their website.  The whole experience was easy and the work was high quality; the systems works very nicely, the Trane product is very quiet and the cools our home quickly.  I would absolutely use ETR again.

    11 trips to our home since March and our ice maker was still not fixed. We were getting mixed answers regarding availability of parts and very slow to resolve this matter but there seems to have been some communication gap and lack of response on the part of Kitchenaid. Seems Mr. Appliance was getting a bit of a run around from them and they weren't of much assistance. Andrew did lots of research on his own and seems to have solved the problem (fingers crossed!!!). We would certainly call them again but hopefully NOT to have to work on our ice machine! :)

    Year old washing mach. quit removing water. Samsung assigned Mr Appliance to do Warranty work. They showed as scheduled and quoted 170.00 for the water pump and 130.00 labor. I knew part price was excessive so I ordered part my self from Sears parts direct for 52.00(it pays to shop) Their credibility with me was shot. When the part arrived I scheduled repair with them because of warranty issues, not because I felt they were reputable. The labor charge after repair was  160.00 not the 120.00 originally quoted Would not ever recommend Mr. Appliance, to heck with the warranty. Just do not like doing business like that!

    The repairman was prompt and easy to work with. He did a good job and all worked well. The only thing we wished was that he had had the original version of the switch. The one installed has 2 screws that obviously don't looks as clean as the original. We are glad to have our cooktop exhaust working again.
