  • Third party billing company was horrible to deal with and messed up my billing.  Fortunately,  the owner reached out to me after hearing about my displeasure and made it right.  I was happy with my experience at the Facility and everyone was very friendly.  I am hoping they found a new billing company but at least the management wants to make things right if they hear about your issues.

  • He is pretty good. I've been going to him for over 20 years. He is a good doctor and he did some surgery for me. I like him because he takes time to talk to me before he examines me. He takes time to see how I am doing and what is going on in my life and if I have any questions. He shows an interest in me as a person. He has a sense of humor and he has a very nice bedside manner. It is easy to make an appointment. He has a real nice office in a nice area. It is professionally decorated. I don't have to wait long at all, maybe at the most 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My insurance pays for the service. His prices are reasonable.

  • Waited almost two hours. Rest room noisy in middle of hallway, not appropriate for urologist. Waited again at least 20 min in exam room. Dr. Zielie was coldly professional, but did not listen to my description of my reason for the appt. He interrupted me several times and seemed rushed to get on with the exam. I did not want such a doctor examining me, so I told him that I was finished with the appt. His facial expression seemed to register annoyance. I was very uncomfortable being around Dr. Zielie. I left without the examination.

  • He is excellent. I have been going to him for almost 11 years now. I have never had a problem. I have colonoscopy every year before but now, it is every three years. I like everything about him. He has an accent when he talks and he looks like he just came from the country. He is very honest and thorough. His staff always makes callbacks. They are very good at what they do. I will be going to him until he retires and I do not know what I am going to do if he does.

  • I saw her about 5 times throughout my pregnancy and her personality did not click with mine and my husbands. We felt she talked down to us and made us feel silly when we asked some of our questions.
I also had a migraine for 3 days and called her office to find out what medication was safe to take and no one called me back. The next day we had to call them back and then they finally had someone talk to the doctor. It then took a couple more hours to get back to me again.
A second time I was bit by a cat and was bleeding. I was nervous and called the office to find out if I should get a shot or take any pre cautions and it took them about 5-6 hours to call me back, they then had to gather the info again, go back to the doctor and call me back again! I could have been infected in that time period.
Seeing it is my first pregnancy, I expected a quick response when I called the office with simple questions.

  • I have been using Dr. Arvind for many years.  He is good at taking the time to explain whatever problem I may have.  He is very professional and so is the staff at his office.  I recommend him to others.

  • He was extremely professional in diagnosing and treating my right hip problem. I would refer anyone to him for professional care as I plan to return when needed. He re-assured me, knowing my problem could be fixed.

    1. Billed for office visit which was already paid.
    2. Gave bookkeeper copies of all recent payments, left with impression that it was settled.
    3. Was billed AGAIN for office visit.
    4. Called bookkeeper, she denied I had given her anything, and asked again for proof of all recent payments, which was difficult since I did not have it with me. She said she would call back.
    5. Never received a phone call or letter.
    6. Sent certified letter asking for resolution, it was never accepted.
    7. Went to office and asked for signature that debt was resolved. Bookkeeper went ballistic and refused to sign, before I hardly said anything. Everyone in office made it clear that I had no right to ask for anything, even though they verbally admitted it was their mistake. The only person yelling was the bookkeeper. She denied everything she had previously told me, proving the need for written resolution.
    8. Received certified letters to me and my wife terminating us as patients, for making “an unreasonable request”.

    Summary:
and middot; The mistake was theirs, as they finally admitted verbally.
and middot; It was compounded by billing us AGAIN, after PRINTED PROOF of payments was provided.
and middot; At no time did they contact me in any form to say that the issue was resolved, much less apologize.
and middot; Legally, I have nothing to show that the debt is not still outstanding.
and middot; Both of us are over 60, the reason given for termination violates Texas and quot;Rights of the Elderlyand quot; law.

  • His office staff is very friendly. However they do not know how to bill medicare as a secondary insurance. I have on numerouse occasions asked them to use the medicare help line and they refuse. Non of my medicare bills are being paid because they will not bill correctly. I am going to have to file them myself or pay them. If you have an in office infusion, his infusion nurse is great. The infusion office is very comfortable.

I am currently getting my infusions at the hospital because his office will not buy and bill my insurance company and then file my medicare. The hospital is very knowlegible at this. Having said all of this I have and will reccomend him for rheumatory arthritis.

  • He's great. I've been going to him since 1985. What I like about him is that he is not a doctor who just gives you medicine. If he thinks that you are basically over it, he will not give it to you. He's just very good. He doesn't believe in drugging people up. He really tries to figure out what the issue is. He will spend absolutely as much time as he needs to with you. He's not one of these doctors who sees you for about 30 seconds and then the nurse takes care of you. If he needs to spend 30 minutes with you, he will spend 30 minutes with you. If he needs to spend 45 minutes with you, he will spend 45 minutes with you. This is unusual for doctors these days. He will spend as long as it takes.
