  • Went great. I told Eric i was extremely busy and wouldn't be able to spend much if any time at the property and he handled everything, yet was very good about getting my input and making sure they were meeting my standards. Also im color blind and left many of those decisions up to Eric and he did a great job. The house sold in a little over 4 weeks.

  • Texas Outdoor Impressions are true professionals. The owners Mike and Erin, and their assistant Matthew are very responsive, easy to work with and above all detail oriented. The job was done correctly right down to the last details, including adding hooks on the pergola for my hanging plants. Super customer service! My existing patio/deck and pergola was demolished and replaced with a beautiful cedar pergola and flagstone patio. Their work crews were all very good and I always felt comfortable with the communication on the progress of the project. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Texas Outdoor Impressions to my friends and neighbors.

  • Amazing job! I love their corbel design! It's rusting, elegant and very well produced. Their cedar is routed on the edges and sanded down some without taking too much off. It was a clean in and out job, they definitely have experience and know what they're doing.

  • We used M&M put a roof on our 1973 house in 1986 using the wooden shingle roof as a deck.  In
1999, there was a hailstorm and we used M&M again. The M&M rep inspected the roof and when our insurance adjuster came out, he was there with him.  After some discussion between theM&M rep and the adjuster, coverage was approved. This time, a plywood deck was put down before the shingles were installed. We were very pleased both times. We also called them for some minor repairs on that roof when we sold the house in early 2014.
Since we had such good experience with M&M, we called them after a hailstorm at our new (10 yr old) house and their rep told us there was sufficient damage to replace the roof and we should call the insurance company. We did and an adjuster came, but the M&M rep could not come at the same time.  I wasn?t happy, but I understood it was a busy time for him and the adjuster gave short notice. The insurance adjuster approved replacing 2/3 of the shingles, but not those on the steep parts because ?they weren?t damaged?.  I was flabbergasted. Who replaces 2/3 of a roof?
I was advised to contact M&M and have them supply me the justification from their inspection and to ask the insurance company to send a second adjuster.  I called the M&M rep and he promised to help me out.  We spoke several times, usually because I called him. In the meantime, I had called another roofer and set up an inspection. It was a good thing, because the
M&M rep let me down and never got back to me with a report on his inspection.  The only thing he gave me was a bid on replacing the roof. I was very disappointed. I had always recommended M&M to friends in the past, but won?t
    in the future.
The second company did not know the history, but sent an inspector who took photos and sent me a comprehensive report which I submitted to the insurance company. He met with the second adjuster for the re-inspection and we have just had our new roof installed today.

  • Bob showed up promptly, gave me a prompt and professional bid, however it was clear the scope of work was uncertain until more floor was opened up. I'm sure the work would have been of the highest standard, but the bid was too high to consider. Used another contractor.

  • They said that they were on Angie's List.  They were awesome.  I talked to several companies and the things that made me go with them were their professionalism, the way the guy presented the quote to me and also because they were on Angie's List.  I would give them an A+ on everything.  I would use them again in the future for sure.  I had a shingle pop up this summer and I sent the guy an e-mail and he was here the next day and fixed it for me.

  • We have always had outstanding results with Maz Contractor Service. Most recently, we added a 420 sq ft patio and overhead in our backyard. I received several quotes from "patio contractors" and then called Adrian. Needless to say, his price was unbeatable! Adrian, a highly religious man, believes in an honest days work for an honest days pay. He listens, is easy to work with and knows that "details matter"! Adrian and his crew did ALL the work, and within 10 days he built us a beautiful patio complete with fans, switches, cable & speaker connections, and brickwork. These are the things that other contractors will nickel and dime you for. We were undecided about stamped or regular concrete, but chose regular and it looks great. Adrian's sample of stamped looked awesome too, but we wanted something that required less maintenance. In 2008, we used Maz Contractor Services to first install granite countertops, and then, make extensive repairs ($20,000) to drywall, paint, and clean a badly damaged home after Hurricane Ike. Adrian tore out the walls and insulation to ensure we would have no mold issues years later. From there, his carpenters and painters made the house look like new. Once again, the workmanship was top notch and the prices were unbeatable. Moreover, upon completion, Adrian sent a house cleaning crew that essentially "detailed" our home. We have not cleaned it that good since.... We highly encourage everyone to give Adrian a call if you have any General Contracting needs. You will be struck by his honesty and sincerity, and we're confident you will not be disappointed!

  • I emailed Barrett (owner) from the Angie's list website on a weekend and within 2 hours he had responded to my email and came out personally the next day to give me an estimate on the work I needed done. I had a set budget that I could work with and Barrett worked with me to make sure I could get everything done I really needed within my budget. Barrett was involved with the project from start to finish and made sure the work was Top Notch! His workers showed up on time and had the work completed quicker than I expected. Once the job was completed Barret walked through everything with me and even noticed something I hadn't and had his guy out quickly to correct it. I will be returning to SLM Roofing to have more work done on my house and I will be telling all of my friends about them. It's hard to find a contractor you can trust but with Barrett I didn't feel like I had anything to worry about. SLM Roofing is a GREAT company that does GREAT work for a GREAT PRICE!!

  • He was on time and did very good work. He built everything on site using wood we already had and was very responsive to what we wanted and he checked with us during the build to make sure it was shaping up to what we wanted.
