AHandyman Matters of Fort Worth SWIt went very well. Ace Handyman are exactly what the name says. The repairman we had is Kieth, who did a super job, showing mastery and professionalism in every respect. They trans formed our bathroom Tub and shower surround impeccably. Brett came out first to size it up. In a second I realized these were the group that we wanted. Aces ! [See pics below] Very proficient, able to resolve any issue with quality parts and work. ABrennan Enterprises IncAfter researching several doors and companies, I selected Brennan Enterprises to provide the patio door and installation. The Anderson door installed is top quality, very durable, and I am extremely happy with it. It should last a lifetime. The installation was outstanding and performed relatively fast by two professionals. They knew exactly what to do, took care to protect my house, and cleaned up thoroughly when complete. APlano Overhead Garage DoorContacted Plano Overhead Garage Door on the morning of November 25 (day before Thanksgiving). My garage door opener was no longer lifting my door. The technician arrived about an hour later. J.T. immediately identified the problem and advised that the opener gears were destroyed. He recommended a new garage door opener. I purchased the Garage Door Opener deal on Angie's List. J.T. did the complete replacement of the opener, rails, LED wall console, and explained the entire operation of the new system. job completed in an hour and a half. I'm very pleased with this company's professionalism from the initial phone contact to the technican's arrival and workmanship.- BRIAN M.

FHow did it go? Well I thought it was going ok until Robert left the house after explaining to me that the walls and bathtub weren't square, which is weird because the bathroom was just remodeled. I paid him cash, which was stupid. After Robert left i went in to check it out because I was excited about having the bathroom almost done. Two big chips were on my brand new tub! A $300+ if not $400 bathtub! I called him immediately and told Robert that we had a big problem and explained what I saw. He came back and said he could fix it but needed to come back. I said that was fine. When my husband came home he checked out Roberts work. Come to find out it wasn't level, the doors weren't on correctly. So my husband called him and discussed a plan. After about a week Robert finally came back and used a enamel system that takes a couple of coats. He placed the first coat. Another week went by and came back and placed the second coat. He said he would be back in a few days to buff it out and it would be done. A week goes by and my husband had texted several times. They had planned on a specific day. Robert wasn't anywhere to be found. My husband texted him several times throughout the week and no response. Finally Robert texted and said he had a family emergency. We completely understood. Texted him again several times the week after. My husband finally had to tell him that we were going to file small claims. Finally got a response that he forgot and his truck broke down. He said that he could come the next week. Surprise, no show and to this day has not responded to us! Our tub still hasn't been fixed and I had never received my receipt for what I paid him. That was stupid on my part. I definitely wouldn't hire him again. Careless and unprofessional!

DWe had high hopes based on the reviews we read but unfortunately the overall experience fell way short. My husband researched multiple glass companies and ultimately decided on Shower Doors of Dallas. They came out to measure and they gentleman was very professional and specific. He mentioned a wider area where the glass panel would meet the tile and told us that he would account for that to ensure that the silicone beading would be even. He said the details were important to him. A couple of weeks later the installers showed up and when drilling into the tile where the bracket would attach, the tile broke. Shower Doors of Dallas recommended The Grout Dr to repair the broken tile and rescheduled the install. It took a week for the Grout Dr to arrive and while attempting to remove the cracked tile, they knocked a hole in the green sheet rock. It then took an additional day 3 days for that to be repaired. Shower Doors of Dallas came back out to install again, now at 4 weeks into the process and began the install. This time the drilling was fine. They attached the glass panel to the tile and due to a new tile being installed, the measurements were off. The newly installed tile was sitting slightly different from the initial measurement which resulted in a silicone beading that was less than desirable. There is a section that is wide and the rest looks normal. I was completely unhappy about the details. We were promised attention to detail and wound up with a sloppy finished product that my husband could have done with his friends. I expected professional meticulous work and not a handy man job. Shower Doors offered to begin again but after 5 weeks of not having a guest bathroom accessible for our guest to use, we decided to decline. It would have taken an additional 2-3 weeks for a new panel to arrive and then chance reliving the nightmare all over again. I understand that things happen but the overall experience was not at all what I expected.
