Paperwork had been sent in advance, so there was no wait to be sent back. Was seen by assistants who did all tests then was sent back to waiting room to await Dr Chang. He was very knowledgeable and looked up a new drug I am on to make sure it didn't interact with my glaucoma.

Because I have MS and multiple treating specialists, Dr. Hauser has been my life guard. With so many specialists (neurologists, pain specialists, endocrinologists etc.),all are treating me, but Dr. Hauser is the only one that oversees and manages what they prescribe . On my initial visit, Dr. Hauser immediately identified several redundant meds, replacing them with a single script. He's extremely conservative and I wouldn't feel safe without consulting him any time a new med is added or a dosage changed. Because my medical condition is complicated, it's tiring to always have to update each of my Drs. Not the case with Dr. Hauser. Because he understands my diagnosis, it's symptoms and side effects, I don't have to update him constantly. I feel that he's more of a consultant, as he knows all the right questions to ask, gives me choices and respects my opinion. Finally, he treated my father during his decline for Mixed Dementia and my grandmother for Alzheimer's so I know him to be kind and helpful in the worst of times.

I like Dr. Gandhi but her office staff is terrible. When they called me to remind me of my appointment, they rushed though and had an and quot;attitudeand quot;. The girl at the front desk dresses unprofessionally (hoodie and sweat pants) and incorrectly told me that since I had not met my deductible for the year, I owed $70 for the visit instead of my usual copay. I paid the $70 but when I checked with my insurance, they said that I only needed to pay my copay.
In a nutshell, Dr. Gandhi is good but her office staff is not.

The waiting room was small but clean and there was plenty to keep my kids busy. The office was also small, but neat. Again, there were things to keep my kids busy while he intervied my husband and myself. I liked his appreciation that everything was not solved with a pill, but that environmental things played a role as well. He made suggestions outside of medication that I think we will follow. He did not make a push for more therapy following his evaluation, but we all felt so comfortable with him, this is something we want to continue at least weekly as my son begins medication. Overall, we were pleased with his care and very impressed with his knowledge. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking help with a child.

My 1st consultation with Dr. Jackson lasted about 1 hour. He educated me on my health issues, and performed an EMG on my legs.
He was very caring, concerned, and advised me on how to deal with my issues. He reffered me to a pain management specialist and physical therapy.
In my personal opinion Dr. Jackson is in a higher level than other Doctors.  I feel that he respects the patients a lot, because he makes sure that you leave his office understanding the conditions you have.

She has been very amazing with my daughter and I have been very impressed. I talked to someone in the office who has had a loss of a child and she said she has been great. My daughter had some trauma and that is her specialty. She does EMDR. It is a different technique to deal with trauma. It helps to calm and focus. You listen to music or do tappers with kids. She has been in the field for about 30 years. It is her experience more than anything else. She is very knowledgeable. She started the sex offenders cases in Houston. Everything she has done with my daughter has been great and she is able to sleep at night now. I have been really happy with her. She does individual but she also does family counseling. She is good at figuring out when some trauma happens. I didn't realize my other kids had been affected but they had been. She doesn't like to drag it out. She helps us move on, which is what I like about her. Her style helps a lot with children and with adults. Instead of medication she has this program. I don't think she is against antidepressants but I feel like she thinks some people need it more than others. She will make sure she can get to you. She runs a little late talking to other clients sometimes but she will get to her clients. Everyone who works there is very nice but there is no secretary to greet patients.

He has been the absolute best neurologist out of everyone I've been to.  He is extremely thorough and takes his time with you.  He has done everything he can to help me with the pain I have.  He has been able to find all of the causes of the problems.  His staff is wonderful.

I really like him. I have gone through a lot of doctors, and I have settled in on him because he is someone that I can talk to. He is proactive, as opposed to reactive. He really is a "take charge" kind of guy. He is extremely well informed and keeps himself up-to-date on what is going on in his field. I always feel like I am getting the most current information from him.
