    It didn't! From the beginning, Phil seemed to have a bad attitude. When I informed him that all three occupants of the home worked outside of the home at places roughly 30 minutes away, and requested a weekend time if possible, he curtly informed him that it was not possible because, "I will never ask my people to work on the weekends." We then agreed to a date and time window about 10 days out. The day before, Phil called me and said that his crew could not work that day and asked for a reschedule. When I requested a time either at the very start of the day or the very end, he failed to give such an option. We finally settled on a timeframe of 10:00 to noon on Tuesday, January 31. I made it doubly clear to him that the work ABSOLUTELY had to be completed prior to 1:00 pm, because I had to be in an important meeting back in the office at 1:30 and would need at least 30 minutes to make the drive. In anticipation, I arrived at home right at 10:00 am and sat around tending to personal matters and waiting on a call saying that they would be arriving soon. At 12:15, having received zero communication, I left the house and headed back to the office. I arrived there just at 1:00 pm and was scarfing down a sandwich. At 1:08, Phil called and informed me that the crew would meet me at the house before 1:30. My reply was, "No, they won't. I am back in the office for my 1:30 meeting that I told you about. We will have to reschedule." His response was to yell, "Well, **** you," and hung up on me. I attempted to call him back several times in rapid succession, but he failed to answer. This is astoundingly and inexcusably the worst "customer service" experience that I have ever had! It caused me to seriously considering never doing business with Angie's List again.

    Above and beyond! It pays to do business with honorable people, and Angela is good peeps! We had a small blind in the kitchen whose string was cut (who knows how it happened!) and were fully willing to fork over $200+ to have it replaced, but, no, Angela would have none of it. She reminded me that the blinds were still under warranty (seven years!) and that she'd see to it that the blind in question would get restringed and installed���free of charge! (Normally, you the customer would take it back to the store, which would then send it back to the manufacturer, which would restring and return it to the store, and you would either pick it up and reinstall it yourself or have a Hunter Douglas pro to do it for you at cost [note: the manufacturer-certified repairmen are wonderful, but *not cheap*].) Ms. Wilhem not only graced us at our house with her awesome presence, twice, but also dismounted and reinstalled the said blind herself, having taken pains to take care of all the concomitant nitty-gritty involved in remedying a defect in the product (if it was indeed a defect, as opposed to an accident), thus obviating the need for a botched DIY or for a very expensive repairman. I cannot praise this company highly enough!

    Terrible. Deceiving offer. I paid$99 to clean 40 windows. The way they count the windows I had more than that. They want to charge me $200 more to clean all my windows. They count windows normal side if is two storage house as double, and normal single panel windows if they a little(not much) wide as a double window. The owner was very rude. He send me a text message that he had time to do the windows at one day, I called him back he asked me if I was a angie's costumer and after I said yes, he did not have time to do my windows anymore. So than I said that I want to cancel and He found a time for me. I remove all my furniture and raise my blinds, and later that they He called me to cancel because he could not come. He came 2 day after and did an awfull job. I had to check all the window and ask them to clean where they miss. After he want the check for a complation of the job and I noticed that they complete miss my room, bathroom and closed windows. The employee told me that I should not excepect a perfect job :( Finally I paid them because I want them off of my house! I got window and went clean myself. I won't recommend this people never to anybody. !

    It went well. Ryan called about 15 minutes before arriving and he and Colin went right to work. they even did some extra work for me while there. They cleaned up after the job and were very easy to work with.

    They did a great job and didn't break anything. Purchasing through Angie's List was inconvenient because the provider didn't get any notification from Angie's List that the service had been purchased.

    We used them and we didn't like it, and we have changed to another company. They were an all Spanish group that didn't speak English and we had an issue with that. They were on time. We wouldn't use them in the future. They could have sent someone who spoke English and did a better job on the cleaning. They didn't do a good job on the cleaning. They rushed through and didn't clean all the areas without being reminded which we had to do with visual signs.

    They told me everything that they were going to do before they did it. This company is very professional and I will definitely use them again!! If you want a good service and your house looking tip top shape , use this company , they note what they are doing. I am very happy with them...

    While I feel the prices was little high for upholstering 9 mostly square center console bay boat. The quality of work was very good and look great. The owner knowledge and suggestion made the upholstering look a lot better then I expected. They have a very good attention to detail. Even pre-drill the screw where I need to re-attach back to my boat. It's very small detail that I am surprise they look for.

    While he was here, I asked him what would be involved in cleaning the AC vents in the house.�� He went into the attic, took pictures of the connection box (yuck!) and one of the ducts (yuck!) to show where all the dust and crud we are currently breathing comes from and how bad it is.�� I knew it was bad - by the deposits on the ceilings around the vents and by the amount of dust that accumulates on the furniture - but it was actually horrible!�� He explained the entire process of cleaning, sanitizing, and installing an ultraviolet system to help eliminate the return of such a condition.�� The price was completely reasonable, and I just left him a message to schedule us for a complete clean-out.�� When that work is done, I'll review it, also, but for today, Ben and his assistant were clean, professional, polite, and knowledgeable.�� No attempt to up-sell or push unnecessaries on us -- I made the request for the estimate, and he did a thorough job of evaluating and explaining the situation.�� Good guys.
